Uk is even more relaxed. That’s why there are a shit ton of ugls in uk.

Yes, there's a conversion that happens between e1 and e2. I'm not good at explaining this kind of stuff.

Anecdotally, I'm on eq right now. I started at 500/500 test/EQ. Did bloods and my e2 was 18. Currently bumped test to 750.
