Hey, i'm going on a cruise march 12th for a week, i was wondering what i shoould eat in the next 15 days (i wanna cut even more) and what i should eat on the cruise that isnt too bad for me (i'm an experienced cruiser,so i know that cruise food is loaded with fats and carbs, just wanna know what u guys suggest) i just wanna stay pretty cut while on vacation.

Hey six. Your to young and fit to be worrying about gettin fat. just eat clean do some cardio then go on your cruise and HAVE SOME FUN, enjoy yourself. Just watch the junk but eat some too. I saw your picks, you'd have to go on a 6 month cruise to get anywhere near fat..........11

I agree with 11 I saw your pics, your lean and that's good but I'd be focused on putting on some size, you could probably put on a lot of wieght and still have a six pack, most people can't even see their abs. Eat a lot and eat clean, women like size too, you might want to check your tape measure again your arms are probably closer to 12.

Seriously, bro, a week's worth of eating shitty won't kill you any. It might even help your body recover from the stresses of training.

i measured yesterday, and they were just 14. , and yea, gonna eat more

And don't worry about it so much. You're only 16, so it'll be couple of years until you get to see a real live naked girl anyway. Get big in HS so that you can take advantage of your physique in college when girls actually give it up. LOL

i'm 15, and ur right, but girls are even bigger sluts on cruises, i'm goin with my 16 year old cousin (shes really pretty) and all the really hot chics always hang around her, and i'm goin to hang out with her the entire time, so hot ladies all around me, lol :)
