Sperm count is low baby juice

What's up, guys?
I've been taking steroids for around four years, blasting and cruising. I haven't used any HCG. I've been on a blast and cruise cycle for equal periods of three to four months each. I've had two kids, one in 2019 and one in 2022. Now, with my current wife, we have been trying to have a baby for a little over six months. So, I bought one of those at-home sperm tests, and my sperm count is low. I did reach out to a fertility clinic, and they said to bring in a sample so we can see what's going on. I figured I'll try to address this on my own first for a few months and see if I can improve it. In the worst case, I'll go in.
I've been on 400 IU HCG daily for three weeks and adding 30 IU of HMG once it arrives.
Do you guys think refraining from having sex will help?

Takes roughly 90 days to go from a 0 or low count to achieving good numbers. You absolutely want a semen analysis. This will provide you with your count, motility and morphology of the sperm.

I was 0 sperm after 8+ years on TRT even with hcg. Came off the test and ran clomid and HCG. 25-50mg clomid ED+ 2500i.u of HCG 3x a week.

Started treatment in October of 22 had good semen parameters by January of 23 and wife was pregnant by May. Baby due in late Feb of this year.

I was 44 btw when I came off to start this fertility recovery. You already know because of the 2 kids you had good hpta function. It’s the gear and length of use lowering your counts. Urologist mentioned to me the longer duration and older you are the more likely it is to affect hpta and sperm counts. Best of luck on your recovery. Keep the lads posted on your progress. For the semen analysis 2-5 days is the recommended days of abstaining required to get a good picture of what’s happening.

Why not go to the clinic? I get it if insurance does not cover. No need for you to do it on your own if it does cover.

Also, the experts will assess you and your significant other and prescribe with dosages appropriate for YOUR situation based on YOUR results.

You take chances with any UGL fertility products either being underdosed or not what they say they are. If it were me, I wouldn't waste time trying on my own.

I just did it on my own it only costed 1200$ in the end.

I am late to this post, I was cruising on trt for almost 4 yrs. Wife and I wanted to have kids. I had zero sperm in the test. I went to a endocrinologist, in Houston. They put me on 500 hcg every other day and 50mg of clomid 5xs a week. After six months my sperm level rose but not enough for natural implant. Fast forward 1 year being on completely off trt and continuous medication we decided to do IVF. We currently have a beautiful baby girl and planning on implanting for a baby boy in December.

If you are serious and have the means or insurance to do so, get professional medical help vs the bros on this specific issue. I am glad I have my kids and no longer have to worry about the sperm count thing.
