Received TNE100 x 2 and TC250 x 10
Both are spicy going in, but only TNE pipped (tiny tiny bit, nothing bad)
TNE is crystal clear, TC has a nice light amber tint. they both look great and were completely free of floaters with plenty of room between the surface of the oil and stopper.
Customer service is above the industry standard. No dedicated customer service separtment or anything crazy like the giant decades old labs, but its as good as it needs to be. Any more attention or "support" and it would be untenable imo, so its liked maxed out, if that makes sense.
Shipping was the only minor hiccup. But its the cost of doing business with a smaller vendor making smaller high quality batches personally and selling them for low prices. For the price and apparent quality, the shipping times are completely fine. That being said, it seems like its something the vendor will be addressing, so I think it will get even better and further sweeten the value proposition.
Only "issue" ive had is that the TNE is very difficult to keep in solution. Lost a little over half a vial after back-filling insulin pins and the oil inside them crashed hard. Easily rectified in the vial a number of ways, but the pins kind of exploded a bit and i was worried about sterility since it exited the needle and the orange plastic needle covering thing so I tossed them, RIP. I use a candle warmer thingy to bring it back when i need it and it works great.
the carrier lost a pack of mine and sp5der reshipped no charge within a couple days of my bringing it up. That is super solid, and very appreciated.
HOWEVER, i cannot in good faith recommend this vendor bc i got jumpscared by a plastic spider in my pack!!!
just kidding. highly recommend. i don't see myself shopping anywhere else unless he's out.
thanks bro
