sp5der - QUALITY US DOMESTIC

Agreed and that "No MOQ" got him flooded with what I'm assuming (ass) is all these newbies LooksMaxxers types spending their Christmas money. They're the same ones consistently rude by nature, but only Sp5der can confirm that from emails he received. Instant gratification generation.

Yes the rarity items (to your point) are nice to pick up on a whim and I'm guilty as well. Totally, I didn't take that in to perspective. Throw rocks at me I respond well.

In theory say...a sale takes place, maybe spike MOQ temporarily, or place a minimal on kits (like 2 or 3 kit minimal). I also like your other point maybe state if your order is under $o.oo value shipping will be delayed until (blank) number of orders are received. This perspective is to simply limit exposure to Sp5der transporting packs to ship.

Perfect example, and worth testing, if it proves beneficial maintain. If it's counterproductive, then elevate next go around. I also still believe 500.00 is reasonable, or at least include the order must meet such denomination with shipping.
I totally get your point on the looksmaxxers they are definitely annoying as fuck and have said some of the most retarded shit in terms to bodybuilding I’ve ever read. Still though they can just be ignored lmao. If he does place a limit hopefully it’s after the Tren a is done brewing cause I wanna try that.

Then I’ll probably just patiently wait for the next test kit sale so I have some quality test to have for a while.

Just my 2 cents but 200 seems like a fair number, I can buy more than that but its for myself so I dont need more than 200 worth, at least in my infant stage!

Same.. I’ll be running sp5der test once I’m off this push in a few months and it’ll be for the foreseeable future. That kit of tc in mig was callin’ my name (that I got in a timely, communicative fashion as well as a separate order of TNE as well as an order of 6 other TC in mig —- all done professionally)

CUSTOMER SERVICE
Sp5der and I communicated early on in his thread, prior to anything being available, with a clear understanding that long time delays would more than likely occur. That expectation was set upfront.
I placed a larger sum order, correct me if I'm wrong Sp5der but we were well close to 50 vials. Throughout the entire process, Sp5der communicated with me.

Being the person I am, I told him to hold off shipping anything until he was fully G2G and everything was in order. I did not rush him. I did not pressure him. I let time take place.
Without bothering the man, he eventually reached back out when everything was ready.

Upon receiving my order, one item was overlooked. Rather than act like a brat child, I inquired how we could both remedy and meet in the middle, as the item I ordered was out of stock. Sp5der went above and beyond in resolving that. We came to an agreement, and he surprised me with far more than expected as a remedy.

That is customer service rooted in accountability, not obligation.

ETIQUETTE
At no point have I ever been disrespectful to the man. Even when delays occurred, even when one label moved and the other only showed “created” for several weeks, I did not bombard him with “WTF” messages.
Instead, I simply asked, and I quote:
“Hey bro, no movement in this just so you're aware and can look into it.”
That’s it.

A few days later, I received a response explaining it hadn’t shipped yet due to being tied up with an abundant amount of orders.
No drama. No hostility. Just communication.

DEMEANOR
Sp5der’s demeanor remained steady throughout the process. He openly posted in his thread about his circumstances, taking personal time, the holidays, and the fact that he is a god damn human being. That is more than acceptable. Even under volume and delay pressure, he responded calmly and professionally.

Kindness is not weakness. Patience is an uncommon virtue. I feel many of you complaining are mistaking his kindness for weakness, and that is not going to work out in your favor.

CHARACTER
This is where it matters.
When he resolved the oversight in my order, he did more than required. He did not have to do what he did. Now here’s where some of you won’t understand my position. Even though I came out ahead in that resolution, that is not my character. I emailed him thanking him sincerely and acknowledging he did not have to do that.

I have already sworn to the man that during my next order, extra BTC will be dropped to square things between us.

Some of you may think that’s stupid or “retarded” since technically I benefited, but that’s not how I operate. I don’t allow imbalance in business relationships.
To this day, I believe Sp5der understands both our business relationship and my personal character. Mutual respect exists between us.

BUSINESS
You are operating solo. Many of the individuals complaining have zero inclination into the logistics of processing orders:
Preparing
Verifying counts
Packaging one by one
Securing packaging above reproach
Offloading packs safely, securely, and discreetly in methods not disclosed but fully understood

That is real work. You are providing a top notch product at a more than reasonable margin. I sincerely hope you do not adjust your pricing upward. I am a lifelong customer without question, and when you are ready to modify your list and go full swing again, I am ready to place a large order again without hesitation.

Constructive recommendation only, and yes, it is your business to operate at your leisure and desire:
It is time for a firm MOQ. You need this my man. $500.00 minimum subject to change for slowing volume momentarily.
This will rule out the problems.

Some will refute this stating, “I don’t like to spend this much without first verifying.” I refute that with, read the thread, excuse the 0.1 percent complaints, and move forward confidently.

Another thought when you do sales, kits like the TCyp for instance, make the minimum two kits. This is a man’s world. If it’s affordable, you can certainly afford not to be burdened by what follows from small scattered orders. If you can't afford, then evaluate your finances thoroughly.

TIMEFRAME
Yes, delays occurred.
They were discussed early and clearly understood. Sp5der described them in detail, and while failing to read the thread they were overlooked by those complaining.

At one point in my case as mentioned, I noticed labels created. One moved. One did not. I gave it several weeks before even mentioning it. When I did, it was calmly.
A few days later I received clarification. A few days after that, another update and apology for the delay. No ghosting. No disappearance. Just workload and human circumstances. Timeframe matched reality, not entitlement.

FINAL TAKE
Between us, a strong mutual respect exists. I plan to further that business relationship by remaining humble and accepting that while statements are made, circumstances can change.

My recommendation to those complaining: relax. Sp5der will take care of you. He will be far more inclined to expedite that process when mutual respect is shown.
Patience is rare.
Professionalism is rarer.
Mutual respect is everything.

Out of courtesy can we evaluate the red banner for further legitimacy. I think the thread in it's entirety speaks volumes.
im too smooth brained to come up with a good long review like that, but +1 on no qualms here. My 2nd order had a small hiccup, not even an actual issue tbh, and dude hooked it up more than necessary. Much appreciated spider.

Definitely just a young guy that came in with too good of deals and got overwhelmed. People need to chill out a bit or move along. Nobody forcing anyone’s wallets.

As always, a very thorough and thoughtful post! But, I think you’re off on the suggestion of an $800 MOQ. Speaking for myself (but I imagine others might agree), I’m not dropping $800 on a typical purchase. I’m a low volume user who doesn’t resell any of my purchases. How people can place these massive orders across multiple vendors and not be reselling is beyond me. But, I genuinely don’t think that size of an order represents the average buyer, and I suspect sp5der would lose a lot of customers over a change like that. Of course, it’s his business and he can do as he please

Understandable, and I'm not arguing with you. Your point is extremely valid so I'll detract and edit while I still can but 500.00 does seen reasonable and it's open to change depending on order volume (suppression), as what he is dealing with is children flooding Meso with their monthly allowance from digging through the couch.
i bet alot of these smaller sources who don’t have a big menu and are out stock often wouldn’t last all that long if they priced out a large majority of the customers base with a MOQ of $500.

There are enough adults here with disposable income that care about quality. He’d be fine.
