I have so many vials, some are crashed slightly more than others, while a few only have minor crystallization. I assume this is due to differences in shipping time and temperature, as some arrived ice cold and others did not. Is there a consensus on which one to send? Also I'm going to heat it back into solution before shipping, not that it matters but just as a cautionary. I spoke with Jano rep and requested they thoroughly heat and mix prior to testing, they confirmed they would.

I don't know if this was worth it because it's in transit, but I low heated at 125 for 45min. It dropped into solution, and maintained it through today when I packed.

As soon as testing is back all of y'all will obviously be first to know.
 
Again going on a month from 2 orders that were suppose to be shipped together got the TNE order that was placed on 1/12 but the test kit order placed on 1/16 has never arrived, emails no response, when Dm'd he says I got you and sending out, Going on a month and nothing. I order some Tren kits back in dec, and they have good T/A. Had to ppl in need, so I had to order else where which they have already arrived. I not trying to be a bitch but he seems overwhelmed. and not on top of his shit.
who are u ? every order been dropped off
 
I like what I see but I will say I ordered Jan 22, added tne around the 28/29. Have sent update request when he posted here saying to ask for tracking again. I haven't got any response which is fine since I see the tracking on Informed but then we also have that just still label created since 10th.

I just want some TNE in my cock veins so my wife loves me again.

Regarding the red box, every order been sent I’m sorry for delay been dealing with a lot of stuff and I’m apologize for letting it get in the way. It won’t happen again. I promise I’m trying to do well, but I got slightly overwhelmed with amount of orders.

I wasn’t trying to send half of an order and missing some items , if u added it just happened I didn’t mean for it to. I’ll organize better. Only way two or more boxes was intentional was over 15 vials

Oh yeah this is such a lie. You say no response but a week ago I gave u the tracking and I know this one been dropped off. It just haven’t scanned yet. Wow

You're human brother and we all have life/stuff happen too. You've been communicating the orders and backup well IMO. You hoped by the 14th, and it's the 16th. That's two days, shit happens and I'm not mad at all about it. You let a lot of us add the TNE on after the fact and that complicated it all. You've responded to all of my emails the few correspondences we've had over the time frame since the sale. I think if anything, you lost money with having to ship shit again for some of us. So the fact you're taking that on the chin and taking accountability publicly on the forum says a lot to me. I know the shop is newer still and volume is exponentially increasing as word of your products gets around so some shit to be ironed out is expected. Hopefully now that you're caught up you can get some down time and decompress a bit man!

I feel safe in saying that all of the experienced members of this forum will most likely be patient with you as you grow and develop processes that let you become more efficient in handling your growing customer base, as long as you continue to provide quality products, continue to stay accountable, and are responsive with communication.

In my experience, communication is quick and product arrives in a reasonable amount of time. I have faith you will find ways to improve your systems to streamline as you continue this. Youre off to a great start as a source and it seems many of us will gladly continue to support you as you continue to grow

And while most of this is my fault not all of it is.

For example a 15-20 orders in a box don’t scanned at all yet but it’s been over a week.

It’s not my fault. But I’ll fix on my own cost.
