@sp5der I have one theory but it's just speculation tho. Could it be that your brewing results have got worse after you swapped to using volumetric flask vs what you were using before? I mean take this statement with a grain of salt, is not like you are brewing shit overdosed or underdosed by 20% but before you were always spot on, and you were still using the same lab to test your products. So two are the option: the lab got worse at testing your samples or there is some variables in your brewing that changed or maybe both can be true as well.

Take this comment/question in the most positive way please as I'm not here to attack you in anyway, just trying to get my head around all these odd test results we are seeing coming out lately.
