sp5der - QUALITY US DOMESTIC

If there was a pay what you want option, what would tested, consistent, clean ugl gear be bought at

I’d be kinda interested to see maybe with more stock I’ll do it just to experiment if we get more at $35, under $35 or over $35 for a 10mL vial or 250mg/ml test c
You could find out really quickly by having two product tiers - premium and standard.

"Gold top tc 250" - Mig, fancy stopper, extremely accurate tested finished product
"Black top tc 200" - Generic MCT, silicone stopper, +- 10% finished product

Price one near the market, the other healthily above.

There are additional ways to maximize profits, like bundle pricing (which I think you've done).

I appreciate that. Thank you

I think $35 is fair to the customer and I

A product has value because consumers are willing to pay for it. Without buyers, there is no market. Sellers can set prices, but buyers decide value by choosing to purchase or walk away.

When people say the market sets the price, what they really mean is many individual buying decisions settling on a price enough people accept. If customers stop buying, prices fall. If they keep buying, the price was acceptable, even if people complain. If they stop purchasing, the pricing was a fail.

Marketing, branding, scarcity, and pricing strategies are tools companies use to influence buying behavior. In this case, that isn’t what’s happening. The price is based on simple business math...cost, time, process, customer loyalty, and the value it provides to the seller’s lifestyle. This isn’t a large market share or corporate model. Price gouging applies when pricing is designed to exploit customers, and you see this currently happening through typical emergencies or unavoidable demand. That’s a corporate tactic, not what’s happening here. It's like every time the government screams gun control, and millions flock to the store to stock up for the perceived end of days. Haha. Government is smart.

A simple example is a 3.4 oz cologne sells for $200 at Macy’s, while the same or better product sells for $99 at a boutique. Macy’s price reflects overhead and corporate structure. The boutique prices lower, turns inventory faster, and still profits. Both are valid different models. Sp5der is the boutique offering a better product which will drive demand and pricing being reasonable solidifies further demand.

Only the seller can price appropriately because only they know their margins and constraints. If conditions change, clear and transparent explanations are usually well received. Sp5der simply says hey "this happened, unfortunately it's causing this to happen". If the explanation is satisfactory and the price doesn't double or triple, he stays in the same demand while compensating equally. Building trust, literally, and integrity. Best business practice thus far. As the demand climbs, Sp5der will need to be compensated for his time in a reflective model that justifies his time away from family, friends, and life in general. Only he can decide this reasonableness. Good on you man, people are paying attention.

Nah I was just saying that because I was wondering. I don’t care to make more money off this venture than what $35 a vial makes me.

There’s plans to increase quality further and keep price around the same. Expect by February march at the latest. Any increases in price will only make my losses less, never to make me more $. I’m about to incur some large expenses for an increase in quality for the customer. Already have but there’s more that can be done.

And I’ll never have a 10%+ or- finished product ever. That would be just embarrassing to list

This dicksucking of the vendor to the point of wanting to pay more per vial is insane and some of you should get your emotional thinking in check. Let’s be logical.

There’s no reason to be pushing for a vendor to increase their prices. If you feel so happy about a vendor because they provide quality product and accurate dosing, measurement, high quality equipment, etc, why not make a purchase with the vendor and then leave a tip if you’re so inclined? You want to spend more money? Let the vendor know you sent 50-100$ extra because you appreciate them. Don’t force higher pricing onto the rest of us.

Spyder himself wanted to start out his shop with an advantage and he did so by providing the best possible equipment, at the best possible prices. That’s what makes him “stand out”. There are multiple other vendors using the same exact equipment and same exact accurate dosing as this vendor and I don’t see any of you in those threads saying “raise your prices”.

Leave your high horses at home and if you want to monetarily reward this vendor for his excellent product then do by providing the vendor a “tip” with your next order. No need for the rest of this nonsense.

Was just about to go congratulate another one here for raising prices. Timely. Look around.

No member has control over a source's pricing. No member is going to force higher pricing on you or others. That is the vendor's decision.

Congratulate? Why?

Because a source is brewing the correct way you want to recommend they raise prices? They are doing what they should do.

No member should be insisting a vendor raises prices unless said member is involved with said sources profits. Seems like you have a very high interest in this vendor succeeding and raising prices as you’ve brought it up multiple times in the thread.

What’s your cut $% from Sp5der? Maybe you should have a subscriber tag.

It’s all good bro. We gonna keep the prices good and quality immaculate.

Some of these guys speak from a different point of view such as @Rido and it’s not as simple as it looks.

The costs aren’t as low as they seem and the profits not as high as they seem. Time cost being huge.

We not playing with china white over here but there’s still risk taken in everything that keeps this running

Congratulate? Why?
Cause I am glad they are following and in some cases elevating excellent UG standards.

Because a source is brewing the correct way you want to recommend they raise prices? They are doing what they should do.

Should do? Haha. I am going to go out of my way to praise a source when they elevate the standard.

They are only going to do what they are held accountable to do. And in rare cases there are the ones who have the highest standards for themselves.

My cut? 0%, 0 $$. This guy has nothing to do with me except he has an apparently well working brain, pride in his work, and alot of grit.

Take it up with management if you think I need a source tag. My record here is pretty clear. Glad some sources are elevating standards and hope they are rewarded for it.

Next time, a simple "thank you" will do just fine.

Purchase from the source that has elevated standards and give a good review. Thats what members do, not dickride and try to increase his profits or yours ;)
I am very familiar with what a member does when they want to see change and improvements in this space.

Join me and put in some even modest work of your own.

Happy Holidays.

@sp5der I think there’s a bit of misunderstanding happening here, mostly because people jump into the thread without reading the full history. They catch a handful of recent posts, miss the context, and then feel compelled to throw in commentary that doesn’t really reflect what’s been said over the last 30+ pages.

This was already stated days ago (and way back in the thread), but I’ll say it again plainly...most of us want to see you do well, stick around longterm, and continue what you’re building. Not because of blind loyalty, but because you’re clearly doing something different, and doing it right. Another vendor even picked up on that and basically said, “he’s onto something.” That alone says a lot.

This isn’t “dick-sucking” or blind praise like @Turkeybuilder suggested. It’s acknowledging when someone is going above and beyond. I do understand how that perception can form, and I respect the perspective. Giving credit where it’s earned isn’t the same and you deserve it dude.

If anyone goes back and reads my earlier post about market trends between corporate and boutique models, the core point is simple, your time is the biggest cost, and only you get to decide what that’s worth. This clearly seems like something you enjoy doing, and as customers we benefit from, you should benefit too.

Your pricing is already extremely fair. I don’t see people complaining about it in the way. The only real concern I’ve seen, and the one I personally share is about your wellbeing and sustainability at those prices. You've said your good so that ends it.

Honestly, my biggest concern isn’t that customers won’t buy at elevated prices, it’s the opposite. At these prices, someone eventually bulk buys, relabels, and flips. That’s usually what happens when quality is high and margins are razor thin. That’s not criticism of you at all, just something people who want to see you protected are thinking about.

Bottom line this isn’t about pushing you to raise prices or change direction. It’s about making sure you’re still here, still enjoying it, and not getting burned out by the very thing you built so well. I've got nothing else so much love killa for what you're doing. Merry Christmas. Now hurry the fuck up father time, I've got an order to place. Hahah

Bingo. I assume this has alot to do with resistance i have encountered on any proposed improvements over last two+ years. Who is buying the product and are they ultimately the ones using it?

Whether an improvement is $1 extra per vial or $10, the reaction of the reseller would likely be consistent and predictable. Glad to see some members wanting better stuff.

Yeah man, I don't have your knowledge of process, but I take my health seriously, I started paying attention and it's logical. I understand others bitching about price, but they have no risk other than taking possession. Your taking some hate which is expected here. But your points are valid. Somebody will say I'm sucking dick next, it's predictable what feeble minded individuals resort to.

Probably ball sucking. That seems to be going viral here this festive holiday season. Who would of thought?

Have a great Holiday season. Appreciate you and the effort you put in the above responses.

$40-$45. Even at $50 I would buy from any vendor as long as testing of raws and finished product was done. I’m fortunate I have the means to not worry much about pricing as maybe others and a vial lasts me awhile at my normal trt dosage of 125-130mg a week.

Amen.

45 to 50 easy with what this dude is showing us. There is no substitute for attention to detail, pride in craftsmanship.
I’m very much liking what I’m seeing so far, but I’d suggest we temper our enthusiasm. This vendor has been here for literally one month. Things can shift quickly, and I think a reputation takes time to truly be earned.

That wouldn’t even make financial sense. He’d have to now stock multiple types of hardware and run two different brewing processes.

@sp5der, don’t listen to the people whispering in your ear about raising vial prices to $45 or $50. That’s how it starts. Sweet honey words like “premium,” “quality,” “you deserve it”… and next thing you know, nobody’s buying from you anymore.

I’ve cracked the code. It’s a psy-op. They’re not trying to help you, they’re trying to redirect traffic elsewhere. Raise the prices, scare people off, and boom, customers magically appear somewhere else.

Nice try though. I see the plan. Stay strong, don’t fall for the price-hike propaganda.

It’s ok it’s already decided. Prices going to stay at $35 :)

Going to keep delivering quality product and keep improving where we find areas to improve in
