Vials are 10mL Ultra Spec sterile vials decrimped and filled from side of stopper after oil is filtered through sterile .2um polypropylene PTFE syringe filter. Vials are then recapped with West Pharma flip off cap

Done this way because I don't want to deal with an autoclave. Also can't get polypropylene PTFE bottle top filters. Syringe filter is better all around, just takes a little time. These vials are more sterile than any UGL with an autoclave can achieve. Processed up around 1500 vials in a little over a day for only a few dollars more a vial + peace of mind

To clarify, stopper is never removed from the vial? So you are puncturing the peripheral edge of the Ultra Spec stopper using aseptic technique to fill, then recap the vial?

MCT quality? What other excipients?

I was wondering when this method would move to public vendor.

Since you are a thinker spend a little more time describing your process and ingredients. Where do you fill the vials?

Correct stopper never removed, vial seal removed with wheaton decrimper in order to keep it in place. I tested this by filling a vial without venting and there was so much pressure the stopper flew out of the vial, so the vial stays sealed whole time

Everything is MCT 2BA/20BB. Test C is 2BA/25BB so it doesn't crash in cold

Yes ultra-filtered MCT oil. Triple-distilled in an oxygen free atmosphere with no solvents ever used in the extraction process, then filtered thru a PES dual of 0.2/0.1 μm, to remove any possible impurities.
