I have read a "few" threads and studies which state soy protein helps increase estrogen production.
From the looks of the studies, however, it appears one would have to have a diet very high in soy only protein for this to take effect. The reason for asking is that I have grow parcticularly fond on the EAS Premium protein, which contains soy protein as well as others. It is rather in-expensive and for the amount you have to mix it has much more protein than some of the others I have tried.
For instance:
EAS Premium Protein 2 small scoops in 6oz water = 27g protein,
Muscle milk 4 LARGE scoops in 16-20 oz of water = 40g protein
Optimum Nutrition - 2 large scoops in 12 oz water = 30g protein (and give me stomach issues
)
If you increase the mixture to equal the fluid volume to match the others you have 54g protein in your shake...
