The customer here isn't obligated to do anything. Customers taking advantage of you will always be part of the game. As a source you don't go out of your way with every situation to shield yourself from an occasional bratty customer. Nuancing honest customers because you're a greedy Chinese cunt - you bite the bullet like a professional, which this source seemingly is trying very hard to appear as.
