Source wants me to ship a product back?

I ordered triptorelin from an international source on this board and he agreed to ship the product with an ice pack to keep it cool.

Recieved the package with no ice pack and I requested a refund or re shipment as the product has now lost potency.

He wants me to ship it domestically so that some guy can destroy it.

Is this normal to do? I’ve never been asked to ship a product so that someone can destroy it.

Gonapeptyl and diphereline. Gonapeptyl needs to be stored at (2°C to 8°C) They lose effectiveness if not stored properly.

I wouldn't send it back, that puts you at risk. If the source made the mistake then it's pretty common that the source take the hit.

While it’s uncommon for sources to ship products with cool packs, if he said he will and didn’t then it’s his fault. I would rather get a refund at this point.

The other option was to make a film destroying it anything but keeping both product and money, that is all. I don't want to have the feeling of being taking for a foul that is all!

And not to be shipped back intl. but to a donestic address not to involve customs.

Also, being threatened to go public if I wont refund without asking for product is not honourable. /)

I didn’t threaten you. We had a dispute and I suggested going public to see what other customers thought of this situation.

Guys what he's asking for is fine. I have had the same thing with automotive electronics being covered under warranty. They ask for pics or videos of it destroyed and then give the replacement.

We ALL know @pharmacist is legit he just doesn't want to get taken advantage of
