It was a mixed domain name along the lines of fitness82. And then our domain hosting name but for security purposes we're not releasing who's hosting us so unfortunately I can't provide that info. You guys talk about "you shouldn't buy off a guy who tells you everything about there business" but yet you ask the most compromising question

He can't get pics of the lab - Fail but he's only a reseller
He offered an incentive for bloods/testing - Check it was only minimum
He solicited feedback on the credit for bloods/testing - Check and implemented a revised policy to provide incentive to do that out of your way.
He listened to feedback on his pricing - Check and is looking to bring them into market pricing. (I said this, things like his Opti Deca 300 was about 10-20 bucks high a bottle) Some other's were inline.
