I am new to these message boards, but my b/f has been on them for years. I want to compete in fitness but I have no idea where to begin....I'm younger and in good shape now but I need to get a little more cut and thick. I have a hard time gaining weight...and keeping it. I'm 5'7 and about 112lbs any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

That is a very diffucult to answer without seeing what you look like.
There are alot of factors here:
1. Age
2. How long you been training
3. Your diet
4. Your workout
5. Supplements
6. Anabolics (if used before and whether you want to use them if you havent)

Only after these questions are answered you come up with a game plan.
If you good enough to compete soon, than you have to get an NPC card (you can get it at the show too). Than you have to pick the show you want to enter (make sure you give yourself enough time 12-16 weeks) and work on your body and fitness routine, you have to by the posing outfits, PROTAN.
Diet/Training/Supplements are very important but without seeing you it's hard to give you SPECIFIC advice.

Well, here is some info maybe it will help....
1. 19
2. about 6 months
3. I don't really have one, lot's of pasta's, and meats
4. I work out with my b/f so I do what he does only in smaller weight
6. I want to try out anavar, and some primobolin...i was thinking of winstrol also but my b/f only knows about what doses he takes, not for a girl so I'm not to sure of how much or what to take...

as for being able to see me I understand your point...basically these are the measurements top to bottom 32'', 26'', 30-31'', I have good striations in my stomach, and sides, and I'm decently toned now but I want it to be more defined for sure.

You could make some big changes with diet only. Even for fitness, girls compete with <15% bodyfat, and often down near 10-12%.

What experience do you have with gymnastics, athletics, cheerleading?

I have been at like 13-17% because I am so small. As for experience...I was in gymnastics from age 6-16, I was in cheerleading since I was about 9 all the way up to highschool, and I played volleyball, basketball and ran crosscountry. I was always really active and I still am. What would be a better diet to help keep gains but cut up? and do you think the anavar and stuff would help or hurt me?

First of all maybe Bob Smith is right you might not need AAS for a first Fitness show if you in good shape, altough I would still use Clenbuterol/ECA and you might need something to help you dry out (diuretic, alotugh it can be very dangerous if not used properly).
It's very iportant that you have some gymnastics background because your routine is very important.
As for the diet when I work with my clients I use different approaches because everybody responds in a different way, so the diet has to be "customized" for you, but just to give you some tips: high protein, low carbs (not zero carbs thought), I usually dont count fat, since there is some fat in most Protein sources. It is also a good idea to flactuate your carbs in order to speed up your metabolism, for example you go 5-6 days on low carbs (about 50 gram) and than 1 day you go high carbs (about 200 grams) and lower the protein.
Best protein sourses: egg whites, chicken breast, turkey breast, fish, protein powder. Be carefull with protein powder and egg whites towards the end of your contest prep since the sodium content can be a bit high.
If you do decide to try AAS, than for a beginner Anavar is ideal choice and if used properly will give great results.
Hope I helped.
