I can't get enough to eat and I don't want to mess up my diet I've been snacking on nuts and cheese but it's pushing me over on my fat intake anybody have any good snacks high in protein low in fat and cals?
Today I ate,
Breakfast-
5 egg white 2whole, 1 cup oatmeal, 1 banana, protein shake
Snack- 1 cup yogurt, 1/2 cup granola, 1/2 cup fruit, protein shake
Lunch- 2 chicken breast, 2 cup Brown rice, 2 cups vegs
Snack- 3 peanut butter bread, banana, 2 cups salas, protein shake
Snack- 6oz fish (wrap), carrots, pineapple
Dinner- 14oz steak, 2 cups vegs, salad, 2 cups beans
Snack- 6oz tuna, 1 cup almonds
And I'm still starving lol
 
Tuna, veggies, jerky... Are you tracking your food intake accurately and counting macros or just winging it eating "clean"?

tracking it and I really don't want to up it more but my cycle is

300 test cyp ew
500 EQ ew
300 Decca we
I wanted to gain but damn this is insane maybe I should lower the EQ and dbol?
 
I'll be honest; I can't help with any advice regarding the AAS because I have never even cycled yet. I also don't know how much more you need to eat to compensate for the gear use. If your starving I'd say eat a little more so you don't binge later due to over restriction. If you're gaining to much too fast then yeah back off but as long a it's reasonable then eat.
 
This may sound like a silly question but are you drinking enough water? That could help you to feel fuller.
 
Plenty of food there, I'd suggest drinking a carbonated water or a diet Coke to help suppress hunger. You're probably getting hungry from that eq

I have a question about this to, I drink a lot of bcaa, Powerade, pre workout, and water but I only get almost a gallon of water a day in so my question is does everything I drink go towards my water intake or do I have to get 2 gal of water in on top of everything else?

What are your goals OP? Your cycle looks like a bulker...?
I'm going for bulker but want to be a clean cut bulk

Man, I'm conscious of water intake but I don't count it like most people who walk around with a gallon jug of it. I'd just drink a diet Coke and be done with it, a diet coke a day ain't gonna hurt ya
 
Cottage cheese, lots of ways to get creative. My favorite is a cup of cottage cheese w a scoop of chocolate whey. Around 300 cals, 50g protein. Sometimes I add a tbsp of natty pb as well.
