SLU-PP-332 Dosing Confusion – Anyone Familiar with Receptor Activity / Best Practices?

Hey everyone,

I’ve been looking into SLU-PP-332 recently and noticed a huge discrepancy in dosing recommendations. Most fitness/biochem guys like Vigorous Steve suggest doses between 250 mcg and 1 mg max. But then you’ve got Chinese vendors selling 20 mg tablets, and a lot of users report feeling absolutely nothing at 1 mg only at much higher doses do they start to feel the real effects.

So what’s the deal here? Does anyone actually understand the mechanism of action, especially which receptors SLU-PP-332 activates ERRα and ERRγ and how that ties into effective dosing?

I’m also curious what the best timing strategy would be for taking it, and whether this compound needs to be cycled or if it can be taken continuously. Do you need to build up tolerance before it kicks in?
 
So I took the 20mg dose, and it really makes you feel warm throughout the entire day — it's a pleasant, comforting kind of warmth. That said, I'm still not sure if 20mg might be too much for a single dose. I wonder if it could end up overloading the mitochondria or putting too much stress on them over time.

i've been using 40 mg a day taken in the morning, haven't really noticed any "warmth" as you described, i recently bumped up to 60 mg daily, 40 mg in morning and 20 mg in early afternoon, jury is still out on this dose though,,
 
If you guys are not taking something to help with the recycling of mitochondria at those doses you absolutely should be.

This is like redlining your car all day but never doing oil changes.
What are stuff used to recycling mitochondria? 5-AMINO-1MQ? MOTS-C?
 
5-Amino and/or Urolithin A. Host of others that can help as well (like NMN/NAD+ or ALA). I am by no means an expert here; this is what’s been recommended to me by those I would consider experts.
I got 1000x50mg pills of 5-AMINO-1MQ incoming xD so yeah I'm sorted and I'm doing NAD+ already three times a week total of 300/400mg

I've been running the combination of NMN, Carnitin, Mots-C, Ubquinol, 5Amino1mq, PQQ, ALA, NAC, and to some extend Methelyne Blue and it made me sweat much more, got more cardio endurance and had more stable glucose levels but also gained a bit of strength. My fasted glucose also improved but only slightly

Biggest improvement was cardio endurance and the insane sweating, feels like you have a higher body temp overall and your body goes into work-mode quicker

At that time i was in a deep caloric deficit, felt lethargic and like shit. When introducing MOTS-C, Carnitine, 5Amino1mq and NMN i had gotten all the energy back, it didnt feel like a wet sock anymore and it kept going on.

PQQ, NAC, Ubquinol, ALA and NMN always been part of my supplement protocol as they have many other benefits.

MOTS-C pricing is okay but still something i would only run during a diet to get more energy back. Same goes for 5amino1mq, shit is so expensive.

MOTS-C is definitely expensive. However Sigma sells kits of 10mg vials for like 70 bucks I think. Thinking about giving them a try.

I was maying 30-40 for a 10mg vial before.

It's still expensive, I never felt anything at 5mg lol

So let's say 5mg a day 70 $ kits will finish quite quick..not worth it at all.

I even tried 10mg a day still nothing

Which source did you get these from if you don’t mind? Can’t see any 5-A-1MQ tabs from SSA, JY, HYB.
