To be honest, I was just considering bringing the doses down a little. The thing is feel really great! No crazy side effects. No gyno, hair loss, rage, ED or high BP. I don't want to waste gear cutting, so here's what I've come up with. I probably won't go any lower than this because I want to see if I can actually build some muscle while in this deficit.

Foam roll, stretch and cycling was easy and sweaty. Hams felt good on the bike, happy to get some blood flow to them for recovery. I woke up sleepy, gym opened an hour late, but now I'm refreshed after eating breakfast.
I like it much more than what you had laid out before. I would probably drop the anadrol down to 50mg, I get pretty bad blood pressure spikes when I dose high than that. Do you have prior blood work while on that dose of test? Just wondering about the adex and prami doses, are those based on blood work?
 
My prolactin is normal I think with just Test, but since I added Tren into the mix I figured .5mg ed would be sufficient, but no bloods run while on Tren. Also, no bloods for E2, however I'm pretty in tune with how I feel when I get high or low. I notice changes in my emotions, energy levels, and skin. I've run 800mg in the past and been good with .25mg eod. Any higher and I get tired, lower or less frequent and I get emo.
 
I test my blood pressure 3-4x daily, and so far it's been good. 100mg anadrol is my sweet spot, so I'll probably leave it there. Cialis really helps with BP for me, and the cardio 6-12x week will also help keep it in check I imagine.
 
I'll try to get basic bloods done sometime in May, and I'll see about adding in prolactin, though E2 I'm not too worried about.

Why halotestin? It gives a nice cosmetic look , but it one of the most toxic oral and you will just have ran anadrol for a couple a week? Why not add some mast props and have almost the same look but healthier?
 
Because I'll be extremely low in calories and I want a certain level of aggression during my training. Also, at 10mg it shouldn't be too detrimental. There will be two weeks off between each oral administration. I should be fine. Will continue to monitor BP of course.

Hit back, 100% exertion. Almost got sick but was able to chill for a few at the end and pull myself together. Did 2 pulling movements, 2 row movements, and some DB shrugs. Strength was high in the beginning then started to dwindle. Kept intensity high with lower weight and shorter rest periods when I felt strength was fading.

Lower back was tight from yesterday's ham workout, did barbell rows, but should have used smith machine to really focus on squeezing my back instead of balancing. Felt like I connected with my lats decently.

Took 5g taurine before training, it seemed to help only slightly. Pumps weren't unbearable. Think I just needed more rest between yesterday and today. Either way pushed through the workout and made it not shitty. Thankful tomorrow is off.

PWO Shake - 170g frozen blueberries in place of the usual fresh raspberries. Gave it a nice chill and a fresh flavor. Will keep using the blueberries until I run out. Macros nearly identical, maybe 5g more carbs with the blueberries vs raspberries. Not worried.

I was ahead of schedule today because I ate lunch early. Should have let my food digest more before training, I felt a little full. Pre-workout meal seemed big today for whatever reason. Feeling good, but completely fatigued.

Meal 5, last meal. Substituted some cod liver oil for the pesto. Eating again, early because I'm really hungry. Hope I make it through the night! Another day down. I seem to be getting more hungry lately, so I hope my body is finally adjusting to my diet and starts to shed some weight soon!

Weight before bed 215.2lbs. Seeing a little more definition around my clavicle. We'll see what tomorrow morning brings. Might extend my first phase of dieting for another couple weeks to maximize muscle retention. Lots to think about, will make changes slowly as the weeks go by. Goodnight!
 
Another concerned citizen. I'm honored you took the time to read my log and I'm impressed at your perceptiveness and scrutiny. Rest assured I'm taking the necessary precautionary methods to keep things safe and effective for the duration that I'm on.

Weighed 215.2lb before bed, woke up at 211.2lb. I shed some weight yesterday which I'll attest to being partly fat loss, and partly water reduction due to the lowering of my test dosage this week. I'm sure it will continue to happen as I drop even further down to 800mg in the coming weeks.

A good sign is that I've seemed to adapt to my diet more significantly. It's week 3 and I'm way more hungry than a couple weeks ago. Initially I was aiming for a 2lb/week drop in weight, so we'll see what happens as the weeks progress.

I'm hesitant to drop calories any further until things start to stall out, so in 2 weeks I'll reassess before going further into a deficit. If physique changes are still noticeable, regardless of weight fluctuation, I might stick to where I'm at in the diet instead of reducing calories and risking regression.

I look slightly leaner this morning in my midsection, and I feel a little flatter than yesterday, which is expected. Overall I feel good, I can see small changes which is keeping me motivated.

I rarely report about sleep and that's because its usually a non-issue for me. I'm used to fragmented sleep due to my sleep apnea, but I did notice that higher test levels exacerbate the interruptions, and now that I've brought the test down I seem to be a little more continuous in my sleep cycles. I've not experienced any negative effects from the tren yet that most people report and complain about. Another trick I've started to implement for rest is dosing melanotan 2 right before bed, it really helps knock me out and help me stay asleep. Not to mention, I take naps during the day so my rest is usually plentiful.

Today is supposed to be an off day from everything, including am cardio, but I'm changing things around a bit. Instead of doing fasted cardio on quad day, which is Tuesday, I'll be doing it on Sunday mornings and saving quad day for just lifting. I don't want to burn out my glycogen stores before I lift on that day.

Breakfast down. Replaced carbs with cod liver oil as per usual. Appetite wasn't fully there this morning. Could be because I dosed the drol first thing.

Struggled a bit during cardio, hams were tight. Maybe should have just rested, plan to take it easy for today.

It's days like this that are the real challenge. Cooking/eating and training is tough, but when you have low energy and don't feel 100, that's when your decisions separate you from being either mediocre or phenomenal. Not letting today affect me regardless of being tired, pushing through with all my effort to be the machine that I am.

Meal 2, first carbs in nearly 24 hours. Feels good. Also, only carb meal of the day.

Took a long nap, which was amazing. Hams feeling rejuvenated already.

Meal 3, shake. Left in the carbs even though it's an off day, I feel like my body really needed the nutrition. Also added 1tbsp peanut butter, and will remove pesto from meal 4 or 5.

Alas, I have dropped my doses way down. I can expect to feel less godly for sure, but I want to see what I can achieve with smaller doses and more hard work. So far my diet and training have been on point 95%+. I guess there's room for improvement and I'm sure I can go harder. Here's what I've come up with.
