Simple nandrolone quick fire question;

I weigh 109kg, looking to incorporate a low dosage of Nandrolone decanoate for its joint health and support, and some boosted collagen synthesis. Not looking to build up muscle on it.

Currently my protocol is just a cruise, 175mg test U per week. No interest on blasting again.

I’m thinking to start with 50-75 mg of deca per week.

I’ve seen conflicting reports on what therapeutic dosages are, seems it ranges from 50 per week to 300 per month. No consistent answers.
 
adding an unhealthy compound on a trt cruise for joint support is just too funny man. Testosterone boosts collagen synthesis and training better or deloading reduces joint pain.

I'm sure it works for some...but depending on your age, I just don't think Nandrolone is all it's cracked up to be..... especially if at an age where you "need" joint support. It's a potent anabolic at higher doses. I personally can't tolerate the shit (think: extremely apathetic about life, my hair falls out of the wind blows, and my dick just doesn't quite jump up as fast I am used to...but YMMV)

Nonetheless, it may work great for you. This, my advice (FWIW):

- start with NPP (yeah yeah...peeps will swear that Deca is the only one that provides joint support but whatever). If nothing else, make sure your blood pressure doesn't skyrocket on the shit (I mean my BP easily shoots up 20 points).

- minimum probably 50 mg/week.... don't think you need to go any higher than 100 mg for sure.

- check your blood work.

- avoid the Chinese sources...at least starting out.

As always...plenty will disagree with what I'm saying...but...opinions are like assholes...
