First, I doubt we'll ever know for certain what's happened recently, any more than we'll ever really know what happened to QSC.
But this seems much more plausible to me than the "factory" story.
We've seen an uptick in reports from members about seizures/reships.
Among the other changes made recently, CBP realized one way to reduce contraband from China was to start punishing freight forwarders.
Unlike the way things were previously, last year it was made very clear to freight forwarders that THEY would be held responsible if illegal goods were found in the thousands of small packs they bring in containers. The forwarding companies are responsible for ensuring customs declarations are accurate, AND, like bank KYC (Know your customer), forwarders are legally responsible to positively identify the shipper, so customs could use that info to identify traffickers of illegal goods into the US.
Each time contraband was discovered, penalties against the freight forwarder would be increased. Forwarding companies had to post large deposits (bonds) with CBP from which fines would be automatically taken. Those fines can go up to tens of thousands per package with, for instance scheduled drugs like AAS, They could even be suspended from bringing cargo into the US, which could cost millions of dollars a day in lost revenue.
The idea was that these companies would police themselves out of pure financial interest, blocking drugs and other contraband from being sent via their services.
In addition, anyone shipping packs of illegal goods using their services, costing them a ton of money in fines, would probably be reported to the Chinese authorities by these freight forwarders.
Just before QSC shut down there were seizures of a bunch of packs, and mentions of having to switch shippers. Remember "Yun Express"?
We've seen recent reports here of seizures, more than I remember happening before. Another vendor here delayed shipping for a couple of weeks lately because they said there were "issues with shipping to the US".
Of course I don't know for sure, but the announcement above makes sense in the context of what's happened in the recent past.
(there's also some political stuff going on, with China facing massive new tarrifs from the EU and US because it's effectively funding the war in Ukraine via purchases of Russian oil, and they always seem to crack down on drug related things seemingly to try and appease the other side with that gesture of goodwill before entering into high stakes negotiations where tariffs are invoked. Steroid raws were shut down, along with other drug precursor production, immediately after the last US election)

yeah, peptides that had no vacuum and caused uncontrollable itching. Went straight into the trash can. Although Im sure they have improved by now when they forget half my first order then "oops we'll get you on the next one" i won't use them again.
On the bright side, it was only forwarders that got rolled up on. And I would imagine the forwarders that are fine with forwarding illicit goods are not just experts at forwarding glp-1’s alone. There could be tens of hundreds others to replace them. There might not be that many replaceable labs and vendors. SRY has already been caught before working with worse compounds. Same thing could’ve happened again. This is purely speculation and I’m not a fraction as smart as Ghoul’s AI.

how hard would it be for the CCP to grab the FF and threaten them with execution forcing them to give up the people dropping the goods? I imagine tracking them down with the insane surveillance apparatus at their disposal wouldn't be difficult.

I have one very that did nada for I think 5 days and then suddenly was slowly moving along on the west coast. Think it's good but YMMV.

Just mixed reviews. Probably not too shabby, but one of the lesser used companies.
I got tirz and aas oils that I couldn't use my first order. Some peptides seemed OK tho. But the Tirz made me itch locally and feel more sickly then Tirz normally did.
Im sure there far better now tho 2.

Yah there’s lots of peptide vendors I’ll use before them
But oils and tabs are hard to find up here…. At least in their price range
So it’s slim pickings
