The only supplier I ever saw that provided it has a disclamer next to it warning of pain. They had other painful products they did not do that on, so I can only imagine.

I had 2006 or 2007 some "buddy-brewer" from a local ugl who testo pro with 150mg/ml with EO boiled for me (Without being tested, the time when products were tested came only a few years later with us in Europe) and i had no pip.
But 150mg (untestet) and 200mg/ml are 2 different pair of shoes.

Telimisartan is to my suprise, is more sensitive than most drugs to moisture and oxygen than other compounds. Probably something that should just be taken in pharma form. Especially since it is so easy to get vs trying to save a few bucks.

For example Amazon pharmacy which I use normally has a very state of the art machine/robots that fill prescription bottles automatically. However Telimisartan when I recieve that vs my other scripts, it it sent specifically in the small, 30 pill even if order a 90 day supply individual sealed bottles directly from the manufacturer.

Order has been instantly returned and not even attempted delivery and has been stuck for over a month now. They say that return probably will fail as it does most often but offered me a reship for paying another 50% of the cost. They are unwilling to refund or reship or do anything. All because they fucked up a phone number. Feels just like a scam

One of the fastest degrading pharma tabs when expose to oxygen and humidity, I don't put it in my 14 day organizer, but leave it in the all aluminum blister pack until needed. It specifically has a warning about this on the pack. One of the best things about India is that nearly every med is protected like this because of the climate. .

But I've also had idiot pharmacists in the US remove it from original packing and stick 90 days worth in the cheap amber plastic bottle.

It has to do much more with the current environment that are largely out of suppliers control vs specific suppliers. Things are no way, shape or form like they were when QSC was in their prime.

True true. Definitely a heated climate as of now. I think despite that though, SSA could tighten up their communications, or just take more accountability for the line of issues that are occurring. Of course this isnt amazon lmao but surely they could provide an update of honesty, or just own fuckups.

that’s where i am at. i’m really hoping that it’s not so much SSA as it is the current shipping clusterfuck between China and the US. even so, comms could be much better. “we are experimenting w new routes w varied success, please be patient as we navigate recent changes…” something - but it’s just being ignored by Eve on Meso.

it seems like we are seeing a little bit of daylight this week, but not enough for me to order again - unless US stock magically appears soon.

My local pharmacy (USA) did the same thing - filled a 30-day supply in a simple container. I told pharmacist on duty that telmisartan was sensitive to moisture and all but they could only dispense what they had. Irritated me, but I do have a couple years supply from Healing Pharma in the foil bubbles, so it doesn't bother me much, but I am going to have to have a talk with the head pharmacist there (friends since childhood) about some kind of measures to counter the moisture.

I'm currently storing it with my own desiccants I add immediately after filling the Rx. Minor inconvenience at this point but one I hope to resolve in the near future.

I personally don't think UGL should be used for anything that needs to be dosed below 10mg.
