I'm not even getting read anymore. Ordered last month, was told I'd get shipping update/tracking after May 5 which was fine. Part of me thinks somehow I got scammed, even though I reached out to the contact information I found here. $315.

I have $1600 worth of peptides that I ordered mid March. I have 3 tracking numbers, only two pop up on the parcels website. Both haven’t updated since the 9th but seem to be in the states. From what a lot of people say it just stops updating and randomly shows up so I’m expecting my package any day now. I have 3 packages total I’m waiting on
Can you tell me how I can get on the list of one of these "random packages"?

30+ days on 2 orders, split into 3 shipments.
1/3 have landed (and only the most recent one at that.) The other 2 show no movement since tracking was received. I should also highlight that tracking was incorrect for the order that did land.
Not sure what the normal timeline for reship/refund is, but it seems there are many others with packs in limbo as well.
Shame, as first order went very smoothly. I know the shipping environment is different now, but not receiving any substantive updates from reps isn't making the current situation any easier.

I’d ask for a refund 30 days from receiving tracking.

The only way to know is to send a sample for testing from the batch you have in your possession.
Update - I just received tracking information. I feel a bit better now.

Two orders I placed and paid for around 28 MAR were 35 days overdue, no updates no letters.
SSA did the honorable thing and sent reshipments on May 8th.... Have Tracking for reshipments.
Today the original presumed seized or destroyed packages have a FedEx delivery date. If the reshipments get through I will receive double order.
I hope each of you sitting on overdue orders gets your stuff....
I also hope if you get duplicates.... hoping wee don't screw this honorable source... probably the reshipment guarantee will stop.... And SSA will be like other UGLs no reship.... Gamble or don't buy will be the game

Are you guys telling people you have a $2k minimum now? I referred someone to you guys and that's what they were told.
Nevermind was told that was just for orders wanting to pay with Alibaba.

I just asked for a refund yesterday for my package held up for a month and a half. This morning I saw that it finally started moving.
