Similar situation. They got two of my packages "intercepted by customs", now they're reshipping them after I told them no thank you, no international packages. They are problematic. No tracking updates on the fake ass trackings either.
What sales rep are you using?

Micli, I would highly recommend holding off on ordering from this source until they get their shit together and provide correct trackings.

It's impossible for us to provide you with a fake tracking number. Because most of the packages will be updated only after passing through the customs after being transported by dedicated lines to the local area. Please send me the tracking number and I will check it for you

I had a rather good experience ordering raws, peptides and pills from them. They came in multiple parcels and some of my raws were missing. I contacted the rep and got promised a reship. It took some time, but I got everything and it is all working fine. I used a dhl post number with a parcel shop address initially and I could see more parcels than they provided tracking for. Only the ones they gave me arrived however. So I am guessing the "fake" tracking numbers are just some internal reshipping thing. All my parcels came domestically in the end.

Gotta comment here. Every tracking number I have ever received from you has shown up on international tracking sites not long after receiving it. It usually doesn’t update (not an issue,) then all of a sudden I have the pack on the front doorstep. This time I get… see attached photo. Asked my sales rep and was told it is normal.
I have never had a problem with you guys. Always had great customer service, deliveries and generally sooner than expected compared to other suppliers.
I can totally understand why someone would accuse you of supplying a fake tracking number.
If it is OPSEC, no worries, just communicate that.
I will continue to trust, given history but, if things have been changed for OPSEC, communicate it.

Paid for a bottle of arimidex which by the time of shipping was out of stock, was promised to have it included in my next order. Have since made two orders after it was back in stock but no arimidex included, I even reminded sales rep each order. Could I get any help?
