"we do not support private designated carriers"

to which i replied originally i don't need a designated carrier any private carrier will do. (ie. dhl,fed ex, ups) as long as not sent with national post. i thought we had an understanding and the purchase was made.

your sales staff is now ignoring me and telling me to complain all i want they don't care.

Excellent business plan.

Beware when purchasing from this vendor.

At least one of their sales people appear to have limited basic english comprehension or they are simply dishonest.

If you have any specific requirements for shipping they will take your payment and your requirements will be ignored.

i would never touch a product with a 10 ft pole that required this amount of public arguement to deal anyone that would inject themselves with products after fighting with someone online in this manner would be insane. It's too bad India sourced Primo has proven to be so unreliable, or that would be the way to go. Maybe they'll wise up and get their act together to take advantage of the opportunity. FWIW the basics, Test E, C, U, Sust, prop, suspension) from the legit pharma companies (Abbot, Sun, Searle) is pretty solid and isn't having the same shipping nightmare China's about to.

You shouldn’t feel bad. Their system is broken if they take your money, send your shipment without all your items, and during that entire time fail to let you know that things are missing. Your refund should happen before your package arrives. SSA is the worst about this. Poor communication between the salesperson, packer and freight company. Then poor communication between the salesperson and the customer.
