while for my package there is no excuse. For yours I'm pretty sure they have stated oils and tabs can be shipped separately. If so, they should have noted when they sent your package that you would receive 2 separate parcels.

Still missing tabs though so all the tabs weren’t there anyway

My order was similar to @Wolf7 . All tabs arrived, but none of the oils. The oils ordered were substitutions for the ones i'd really wanted as was told at order time that the ones i wanted were in not stock, so I chose alternatie that i was assured was in stock instead. Even then, the oils were missing when package arrived.

Now past the chinese holiday, so will see what the outcome is. Don't really want to jump on a repeat order cycle with something always missing.

Update. They offered to reship the missing oils which seems fair, especially as they weren't too high value. Now the waiting re-begins.
