Yeah doesn't make much sense, what's happening in EU custom?

Some packages bound for the European Union have encountered customs problems on this route for the first time in the past two years. The freight company told me that it can be solved within 2 weeks. If it fails to pass the customs, we will send it again. If the package is urgently needed, you can contact the sales staff to arrange it again, but if the package is released, you need to pay the fee again. At present, we have used the new transportation line to transport parcels.
 
That’s weird I’m in Aus in the group chat with my coach and all his clients about 100 of us we all use sigma not one of us has had a pack siezed guessing 20-30 orders have come thru since cny without issue. I myself had a pack with oils tabs and peptides come through quicker then my pre cny orders
 
someone in EU has the same problem like me?
i order from SSA on 5th february, on 7th and 9th he send me the tracking (the eu courrier company, that collaborates with the chinese courrier.)

On global parcel tracking i saw that they departed from china on 7 and 9 february, but after that, there is no update on the eu courrier, like the parcels arrived but not passed to the other courrier,
i contact ray because its lot of time (no custom problem)
and he, after a long conversation, told me that he will re-delivery the 2 parcel if will be no update on the next week. (very polite)
But, why?
someone has the same problem in the past?
i have same issue, ordered 4.2 and no movement since 10.2....

How recent?
Most packages to Aus, NZ and parts of EU since Feb 20 aren't making it through

When you say "if the package is released you need to pay the fee again" Do you mean if customer organises a reship and the original package gets released (so customer receives both orders) the customer pays for the cost of the items in the reship ?

I have contacted Ray on WhatsApp asking for reships of my 3 orders that are not updating.
I have no issues sending payment again in the future if the original orders end up arriving.
I will keep you guys posted as usual.

Day 30 still no TD. Reached out to rep and am told the package has been detained by customs. I’m being told they need to verify the specific situation before issuing a reship. Patiently waiting
