All have not updated since first electronic scan.

Remember the situation with GA last November, there were 3 weeks no updates & then the packages arrived without updates from the package supplier.

Sry, i can't give u some explanation. But some vendors use suppliers who give u no delivery updates, even when the package already arrived.
We EU customers get our parcels delivered via proxy states & i don't think any delivery route should be published.
That's why we don't get any updates.
