someone in EU has the same problem like me?
i order from SSA on 5th february, on 7th and 9th he send me the tracking (the eu courrier company, that collaborates with the chinese courrier.)

On global parcel tracking i saw that they departed from china on 7 and 9 february, but after that, there is no update on the eu courrier, like the parcels arrived but not passed to the other courrier,
i contact ray because its lot of time (no custom problem)
and he, after a long conversation, told me that he will re-delivery the 2 parcel if will be no update on the next week. (very polite)
But, why?
someone has the same problem in the past?

I am having the same issue.
Multiple packages on 19 days with no update since original scan.
Are you saying that Ray has confirmed that your packages are being re sent if they do not update by next week?

Can you get involved here and clarify what it going on?
 
Having similar issues with a package to EU, Ray said the “freight forwarder is completing customs clearance”. If no update next week I’ll get a reship apparently.

I think its a problem with the freight forwarder (i cant told the name, but i think its all the same)
ssa cant do nothing, they courrier are fucking idiots,
where the fuck are all those packages?
 
Yes, order placed on 07. I received the follow-up on the 10th.

I haven't had any news since. I've been told they'll forward the message to me if there's no news.

I've also been told it's "at customs." It's desperate.
 
I understand SSA, its not their fault, but we cant wait one month for an update, maybe he can send an email to freight forwarder for speed up all the parcels

Custom clearance has nothing to do with shipping company.
Even if shipping company want to deliver those packages in custom they can't without the green light. A email will be pointless either way
 
I am in same shoes but my prosuct is unable to be reship so it will have to be refunded... so unhappy.. So now my money is held hostage when only a small few other vendors is running out of what I want.. so next thing you k ow you got way to much money out way to many places, fuck it though part of it... 20 days no update in pack ordered on the 5th...

I will likely be in the same situation as 75% of what I ordered is no longer available. Very frustrating. The lack of communication from @SigmaAudley China Peptide in this thread is also less than ideal.
