Sigma Audley Inc. - Your source for peptides, ancillaries, AAS, and more!

Kurt and his pal, I forget his name, are kind of morons IMO.

Kurt less of a moron than the “winstrol ruined my peak” guy

Wholeheartedly agree with your comments on the books

He sure was combative when John Jewett was on their "round table" though... I guess since Jewett is a fan of masteron and Kurt is at war with Todd Lee lol

I listen to all these guys podcasts and interviews because I like listening to people talk about bodybuilding and gear.

It's entertainment, not education.

This is directed at anyone else reading this (not you Tax & Hunan): if any of these "gurus" say something interesting, you absolutely need to fact check it. If that's outside your lane, no problem. Ask here.

They cherry pick stuff too, so it might be partially right, but taken out of context.

I respect this take.

I am not a veteran; I have been soaking up the information from this place quite a bit while also trying to determine which voices to hear out on YouTube. Its so much information though and

I have been 100% disciplined over the past 2+ years as far as living the lifestyle that seems required to compete in a way that I would be proud of; don't want to bring 85% effort and discipline, its just not near as satisfying as bringing all the effort and focus I can. I do cardio 7 days a week, lifting 5 days a week, haven't cheated on my diet once in the last 25 months.

That being said, I would like to think I have learned a lot while reading this forum for the last year, but since there is so little scientific literature on various compounds, namely in human models, it seems like a challenge for me to know who to listen to.

On one hand, I see a lot of people from many corners saying don't listen to that guy over there, listen to this guy or listen to me. I genuinely ask this from the most neutral of places; how do you know who to listen to? You guys are telling me not to listen to guys like Kurt and Paul, who is an IFBB Pro now, (and I assume Steve if I were to imagine).

I have been trying to follow some kind of philosophy of prioritizing the harm reduction side of things, wanting to very slowly step into the AAS game, filter all my products with .22u filters, pulling blood work every 6-8 weeks and really be as measured as I can.

So you guys are telling me to listen to this place; which I have been, its just always been about trying to synthesize all the information and weight accordingly all the data, which is no small task for someone new to this space.

However, there is some division here as well. I have really appreciated @Ghoul for the broad knowledge base he brings & @readalot for his harm reduction approach, but I know there are loads of you guys that are driven bat-shit crazy by those guys. @Sampei (and others) for the homebrew side of things, @MyNameIsJeff on tracking HGH deals/offers, and several other men I respect for what they do here to contribute.

I hope my intentions get across through this text. I think for the most part that I am open & willing to learn; I do know I sure as hell don't have all the answers.

I didn't hold Kurt, Steve, or any YT personalities as gospel or the authority on bodybuilding/AAS though I respected their approaches. Walking away from this thread, I will be more cautious on those guys and be more active here in asking questions.

Thanks for not chopping my head off, yet.

a lot of them will push for stuff for which they have bought stocks for. chase irons pushes reta for example or serostim or the ngenla. he claims pharma hgh is way different compared to generic yet sells reta which is ugl?

i would go a step further and say, the scumfluencers are unoffically working with those pharma to push out the product. the more people believe the influencer, the more they will buy the stuff and talk about it and the more people talk about it, the chances of that talk affecting other people is much higher.

how is it possible that chase is has a website up, where he sells tirz, sema and reta while accepting money through paypal? meanwhile, other salons are getting locked up.

maybe im just paranoid but being paranoid is better than blindly believing whatever anyone suggests, especially these scumfluencers.

This is so real.

I also enjoy all their content, but that's all it is, content. It's content churn. They can't stop making content or they'll be broke, so they always have some new things to say.

Now it's the mitochondrial enhancement stuff. And boy did I fall for that hook line and sinker haha.

I agree I do not watch a lot of stuff but I watch a little interveiw with 2 guys lastnight.. One being Phil heath, I watch the documentary about him. What a fucking beast!! But un thus talk him and the other guy Bradley *(whoever) was talking about no reason to ever run trenbolone.. Mr. Heath said " and then tren cough , i mean look at that stuff it literally burnt orange and you know why tou get tren cough is because they have to put so much Benzyl alcohol in that stuff to keep it stable it cause the cough"" I thought to myself here is this guy that has won the Mr. Olympia how many times.... what would he say that it's just not a factual statement.. Someone on his level should know that....

Most guys, even the top guys, don't know very much of anything at all. That's just how it is.

Very talented people don't need to spend as much time on the minutia unless they are inclined to do so. Their proclivity to success is not based on knowledge and application of knowledge.

That said you have some VERY intelligent coaches who know alot about ALOT. Often times they don't look great either. Just how it is I guess.

It's sad to me that these scumfluencers are overhyping mitochondrial enhancements (e.g., exogenous tools), and underhyping how much more effective putting your body into the right fuel context (e.g., leveraging understanding of biolog, metabolism) and using the appropriate stimulus in order to force positive mitochondrial adaptation.

Phil Heath agreed to speak openly about his gear use in an interview with Generation Iron about a few years ago.

It was such bullshit. He just kept saying, "all the other guys needed to take more gear than me because they couldn't bring it in the gym" ...I was a harder worker blah blah

I guess but I just would've thought hat being a top professional at whatever your profession is a person would.be well versed in all aspects...
Me I am just a gym rat that only ever touched, read or even though about a steroid 13 -14 months ago.. Ive learned quite a bit in the last year and still.aint got it all figured out by far... some people i know IRL that's been doing gear for 10 plus years and some of these online YouTube people do not seem to have the first clue IMO(which don't mean much)
I do not do any social media so I'm not sure where to watch good content at?? I do watch quick clips on Instagram but nobody says anything informative. Most of the time I forget I have it.....

I didn't realize he was a tool like that but from the documentary it did seem like he was a very sore looser tho.. now that i think about it

Incredible genetics, hard work in the gym, loads of gear, good coaching, dieticians, etc., etc.

A lot of them are blockheads. But become super-smart 10 years after they retire.

I’m using Tirz 30mg orange tops. Both vials are from the same kit. The first vial had a vacuum and reconstituted normally, but when I added bac water to the second vial today, I noticed there was no vacuum.

Is this normal, or could it indicate a serious issue?
