Come on start answering your customer, take ownership of the situation instead of saying "you should contact your rep" someone's needs to be in charge instead of passing the bucket to another.

There is A LOT of members that are looking at another reliable Chinese source and if you finally start to own issues and complaints up you will end up dominating like QSC did.

Is tempting to go for a quick buck but you are pissing on a lot more.

Just look at 3K pages of QSC thread, you could be the next big vendors here.
I am not saying take pride in what you do but at least think about the money if nothing else matter.

Nobody is asking for the moon, I seen people asking for tests, owning and sorting the mistakes done by the people that are working for YOU, not unreasonable request don't you think?

And I am not your customer for the moment but I could happily be, and I am sure a few thousands here are just waiting you to step up and then pour orders left right and center, that alone should motivate you.

I am not a 10 years member nor even "well-known" so you can ignore my words but I think the picture is pretty clear and you should and can do better.

Friends I have to deal with a lot of emails and problems every day and my energy is limited. Our sales staff can solve all the problems. Contact the sales staff to get the solution faster This is the fastest and best way I hope you can understand.
 
are you planning to modify your shipping methods to get packs through this new landscape with added tariffs and increased CBP scrutiny. no details needed just curious if you plan to pivot
We have more than 5 different shipping routes to the United States. But forced by the current tensions between China and the United States. We're all shipping small, slow shipments to keep things safe. Because we are in the early stages of this policy and the identification rate is going to increase and we have to be very vigilant in responding to this policy.

As I keep hearing of incomplete orders with missing items here, would you be able to suggest which of their rep is more ehm precise?
i wouldnt know as i never buy anything illegal.

if a seller on alibaba did this to me after i purchased vitamin c and vitamin o for pets, i would not order more than 2 items at a time to reduce the chance of the seller making up excuses.

I know it is scant consolation, but apply Hanlon's razor to this situation. There were relegated to the background here and focused largely on the peptide crowd. Following QSC hiccups and GA's pomposity, many people switched to SSA, this while in the midst of their own shipping debacle. They are more active on discord and in PMs with Reps than on here. They went silent during CNY too. Paid for legal stuff via alibaba just before the CNY and i have them in hand, yet they haven't updated anything there. It took my rep 2 days to respond to my message that I had the pep in hand. I put all this own to the holidays.
Not shilling or anything but vendors are different. Demand your product or refund and give them some time.
