Sick while on....

Bros,

I have been feeling the symptoms/buildup of being sick with a cold/sinus infection(the two usually go hand-in-hand with me) for the past two days and today i woke up and I am full-blown sick. This sucks as I am well into my Test/tren cycle, have been making awesome strength and size gains, and now i feel like death. What recommendations do you have for getting well quicker as well as what should i do concerning my wo's? Luckily, its the weekend and i dont lift on the weekends, but come monday, if im still feeling pretty sick and weak, should i just not go, or lift light(which is like telling me something in Russian, I dont comprehend!), or what? Thanks, I know that many have experienced this also.

I would just play it by ear and listen to your body. I've never let a cold stop me from working out but a few days isn't going to affect you that much. Just give your body a couple of days to recoup and go back at it.

I wouldn't push it if you are achy with a fever (flu like). You're body has enough to deal with. I'd suggest some stretching and lots of sleeping.

If it's just a head cold, no worries. We've had good luck with Zycam zinc nasal spray. It lessons the symptoms and gets us back to healty faster.

Hope you feel better...

I would...

Bump up your Zinc and Vitamin C intake bro...also drink crazy amounts of water to keep the fluids in motion...

Thanks for the advice bros. I have been drinking mad water all weekend, taking advil cold and sinus constantly as I have been told that it is not a good thing to let all that mucus just sit in your sinuses, clogging them up, as that is how an infection is likely to form. I am feeling a bit better today, and yes, I have also upped my intake of vitamin c; through both vitamins and eating whole oranges(less the outer skin, but making sure to eat the white inner skin). Also, although it sucked, I did absolutely NOTHING this weekend besides rest and sleep and force myself to eat somewhat normally and i think that the overabundance of rest is what made the most difference. I am just hoping that i will not return to the gym weak this coming week, but then again I think that my good friend Trenbolone Acetate will make sure that doesnt happen!! Thanks, later.
