Hello i am shrimpgaming45, I am not a tiktok teenager or a sarms goblin. I like fitness and not getting scammed by the Chinese. Essentially I joined for harm reduction purposes, being able to talk as a group about sources keeps us safer, i don't do many things with forums so this is all still kinda new in that regard, but I hope it goes well, thanks.
 
Age height weight training program diet?
25 6 foot 190 i do monday 4 upper muscles 4 hard sets each tuesday 4 lower muscles 4 hard sets each, 1 rest day, then i repeat that, then saturday is cardio and sunday is rest. 30 min zone 2 done at mon, wed, thurs, fri and sat. Diet is hard cutting, avg 1500-2000 calories a day, always high protein as much as i can within those calories, usually around 150-200g protein daily.
