Should I try test?

Hello

I know that kind of questions are already in here several times. But again I want to get more insight.

I am 32 years old man.
I lost 30kg in last 1.5 year with the help of Reta.
I am hitting to gym also since last 1.5 year with PT 3 times a week.
Current weight is 83kg height is 183cm. I still have belly I am not shredded.

I have complains like;
brain fog, hard recovery from workout, feel tired all the time (8 hours sleep everyday), hard to gain muscles.
I have hypothyroid and using 150mcg euthyrox.

Last blood test shows everything is okay (full lipid, hormone, hemogram)
Total test between 500-600ng since last 6 months.
Free test 100pg

What do you think about the try testosterone?
I am not dreaming to be that kind big body builder but just want to have some muscles and abs.
I am definitely not planning to use other then else of testosterone.

Also fix for my mental/physical complains.

After 1.5 years in the gym? First thought is no. But, you haven’t given us enough info. What does a day of eating look like? Do you do cardio? Testosterone is not magic, you will not become Superman and magically fix mental issues because you ran a cycle.

Also, make an intro post. Someone is going to answer you with only a link to the new member thread.

Your test is normal it will not address brain fog etc. or anything about feeling less tired. I had around thr same your natura test as you naturally and steroids did not do any of those things because that amount of natural test is totally adequate.
Probably feel like that because you’re still fat and are in a long deficit.

if your testosterone levels are well within the normal range, why do you think supplementing more will fix your issues?

the last thing you want is to add a bunch of additional stress on top of a problem you havent figured out yet. its entirely possible that all of your complaints remain after using exogenous testosterone and now you just have more things to manage.

being honest here, i dont think your desire to use testosterone has anything at all to do with your complaints and i think its entirely to do with trying to speed up gym progress. no judgement here, that is a valid thing to want. many here, including myself, want the same thing.

is the last 1.5 years the only experience you have exercising? what is your diet like?

how much progress have you made in the gym so far?

are you wanting to start lifelong trt or are you wanting to deploy testosterone as a PED and blast and cruise or blast and PCT?

I don't normally like to offer drug solutions to these types of problems but you seem to be on a good path.

Give growth hormone a go, you'll get more out of it than test if recovery is becoming an issue for you

Well test won't help you get abs

if anything you should have abs before starting because less bodyfat will help the drug work better and cause less sides

sounds like you need to get your training and diet dialed in before you consider joining the dark side

if you look like a fat slob, just adding in test will make you look like a bigger fat slob

Until 3 months ago I was just focusing on the loosing weight. I dropped till 77kg. But my gym performance went bad. My PT advised to me eat a lot and add carbs to my diet. Since then I am eating. My daily Protein consumption is 150gr. Eating 2 times a day. With carbs and proteins.

Yes I also do cardio. 3 times a week weight training. End of the training 30 minutes of cardio.

Now I am 83kg after started to eating.

I am not an expert and also not dreaming about it but when I am reading the comments of users it seems like my symptoms can be improved with test. For sure I am also expecting the speed up gym progress.

Last 3 months I am in the same weight on bench press (55kg) and its not improving. That is really disappointing.

I added since last 1 month 2IU GH to my regime. It is pharma grade.

It sounds like you're looking for excuses to start using test because you have some idea that it will fix everything for you and make your bench press stronger. I understand that. It's tempting. But it really does not sound like you need it. I think you will be disappointed.

You also have to keep in mind that it's not all just benefits. You will be surprised by all of the negative side effects, and if you ever want to stop taking it, the recovery process is not fun at all.
