Just get the surgery and have the gland removed while at it. Everything else is pissing in the wind at this point

That's what i'm thinking. It's like polishing and waxing a broken down car right before it's towed to the junk yard and crushed into a cube. Just wait for the surgery and avoid subjecting your body to more drugs.
