Shipping DNP without getting busted????

Hey guys. could use some tips from people who have done this kind of stuff. Got a buddy of mine that has gotten into capping and shipping raw DNP. I'm not personally in on his opperation but he has mailed me something in the past so I feel like I am kind of involved. I'm more concerned about his own ass than mine. Two questions

1. what can he do to limit the legal liability if the feds cracked down on him or something? I have heard that making it very clear on the label that the product is DNP and you shouldn't ingest it may help a little

2. can you ship a package and recieve payment without the feds knowing from what town the money is coming to and from? Can this thing be made untraceable? what is likelyhood of getting caught? any tips would help.

1) not much... if you get busted, you're busted, but if your buddy is smart, which i'm sure he is (considering he has access to dnp), then he should be fine.
