Ship Point: UK or China?

Just wanted to get some opinions. I have the option of getting my order shipped from UK for a little more money or I can get it shipped directly from China.

UK if you are in North America....all the way. China is hot.

Going to Midwest but already found out that he won't ship to zip beginning with 4, only 0-3. Thought I was going to finally get some rips. Found another source but the price is double which I will gladly pay if rips are as good as everyone is saying. The really bad news is that he says he is shutting down so this will be my one and only order from him.
