I need some ideas for homemade shakes. Currently using non fat yogurt plain, vanilla strawberry. One banana strawberries. Or vanilla or plain non fat yogurt banana and peanut butter. All with 2% milk.

Thanks fellas for all the ideas.
My usual sake after a workout is: 3-4 whole eggs, banana, 1/2-1 cup oats, large scoop of peanut butter, milk, ice, and about 40g of whey protein.
Do you taste the eggs? That's a protein packed shake.

Here's my shake. I love it.
1/2 cup raw egg whites
1 1/2 cups fairlife milk
1 whole banana
1 scoop vanilla serious mass protein
And 2 table spoons Hershey's strawberry syrup.
Tastes bomb.
1000-1200 calories and less than 1% fat depending on the type of fairlife you use.

Also i have substituted the vanilla for chocolate flavor powder and the strawberry for 2 spoons of peanut butter.

I like the this. Need to get some fairlife.

My favorites are,

1 banana
140 grams of blueberries
1 scoop of chocolate protein
219 grams of vanilla greek yogurt
64 grams of peanut butter
480 ml skim milk

The other is,

1 banana
2 cups of berry medley
1 cup of Greek yogurt
480 ml skim milk

Both have plenty of carbs and a decent amount of protein

For some reason I couldn't get the yogurt to taste good in mine. Tried vanilla, plain, Greek. Maybe it's just me.

I can't remember, maybe like a half cup or something?
But I don't use it cause I like the shake I make now. And nutrient wise it's like stacked with protein and carbs.
Yeah you have a hefty dose of protein in your shakes for sure. One scoop of serious is about 30g of protein.

This is with the fat free fairlife it comes out to 1100 calories.
With the whole milk fair life it bumps up closer to 1300.
I like it cause if I drink 2 a day I can basically just eat whatever I want and I'll hit my calories for the day.
