Seeking help

Hey all,

I’ve been running GH for the first time for about five months now. I started at 2iu, upped to four, sat there for a couple months and now I’ve ended up at 6iu. Been at 6iu for five weeks. When I was cutting on 4iu, my fasted BG was 71. Now, in a small surplus and on 6iu my BG is between 90-100. I’m on 500mg Metformin and my last meal is quite small and light on carbs. The metformin doesnt seem to be doing anything from what I can tell. If it is, it’s very minimal. I pin the GH right before bed and try to wait a few hours post final meal to lay down.

Since this is my first go with GH and higher BG, I’m looking for guidance on how best to bring my BG down. Should i split the dose? Call it on 6iu and drop back to four?

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks.

From my experience whenever I split my HGH doses, it negatively impacted my blood glucose, but everybody's different so I guess you'll just have to experiment and toy around with it , for instance the timing of your metformin dose, etc. for the longest time I was that guy chasing the FBG and spinning my wheels so to speak , when I started tracking "trends" it eased my mind a little bit , as I realize I was being silly trying to track that perfect number.

Can I ask why you want you BG down? Is 90-100 abnormally high or is there another reason to want it lower?

100 is considered pre-diabetic. I’m around 12% BF rn and just started my bulk. As I grow and eat a shitload I will become even more
Insulin resistant. You want wiggle room with you BG so you can end the bulk with it
Higher, not start with it high rising becoming a diabetic.

Thanks for this.

@Ateam2023 do you have any experience with Reta lowering BG on higher doses of GH?
I do have experience with Reta even at low-dose it was definitely lowering my fasted blood glucose like I went from the couldn't break <95 down to 85 fasted blood glucose, but I could absolutely not eat on just .75 mg of this peptide, I was dosing it twice a week so maybe I had overlap because of the half-life of the peptide so I was getting more buildup? this is how I justified it and how I kinda understand it , so maybe next time I will try it once time a week, I was only doing 5 ius of HGH for reference, but I believe it does work in that regard.
