Seeking a reputable brewer who keeps impeccable notes for anonymous/pseudonymous book publication

Semi-related to my seeking an interviewee to discuss this topic I'm really intrigued by and have tons of questions about, I am also seeking someone reputable who isn't afraid to make mistakes, writes everything down, and who'd like to contribute an anonymous or pseudonymous book to my bookstore that I'll serve as the publisher for.

I keep notes and track a lot. But I am not yet reputable. Maybe in a few years when I share more of my experiences. However i have learned a lot for someone who knew nothing last year
