Schills, “Scientist” and Bros a place to f***k off

Regular people cannot grasp how important and life changing hormones are, its literally what makes us, us. and control every emotion.
This is something I’ve tried to explain to my own mom as well. But I understand the reluctance — before I found meso and the HRT/lady TRT subreddits I really wasn’t very open to it. I always thought I could just throw herbal supplements at the problem to make it go away. I’m just glad I caught this shit early in perimenopause before it became a worse problem though. A woman's brain changes during perimenopause and menopause. Many areas of the brain shrink, due to estrogen deficiency. We get sleep deprivation and other neurological disorders. Even if we start HRT during menopause and eliminate many unpleasant symptoms, sleep disorders remain because our brain is already damaged. I’m fairly certain that hormone supplementation in early perimenopause can protect the brain and prevent sleep disorders.

The hormonal issues in the younger crowd are saddening to see. Hell, I wasn’t expecting to have to deal with perimenopause in my late-30s. Not prepared for this shit whatsoever despite a fascination with hormones and cycle tracking my whole adult life. I have my own theories about what’s going on with the women but I will keep my lips zipped on my conspiratorial bullshit for now.

I hope your mama comes around. Shit is really life-changing.

What dose and when do you take yours? I took some pre workout and DAMN. The 25s were great but the 50s, whoa baby
I do 50 pre workout. I’ve tried going higher but I don’t get much more benefit out of it, feels like burning money. I love it tho. Turns me into a gorilla in the gym and I don’t really get much in the way of sides.

my mom discovered she has osteoperosis recently, ive been telling her to get on HRT for years, still hasn't done it despite having meetings with clinics.
Also, forgot to mention this in my previous response, but I saw a lady in one of the subreddits mention that she reversed her osteoporosis in about 18 months. Wish I could find it again, if I come across it I’ll shoot you the link.
