Ok guys i strugle to get a pump sometimes even with tren.. I am hydrated. Im just diabetic and depensing on the amount of salt i eat it makes a huge diffrence

I eat veryc clean foods but when i add a slice of pizza preworkout or 2 slices during my day before working out the pump is crazy.. Lots of salt on a pizza.. I wont get the same pump if i eat 40g carbs from oats or rice.

Can someone explain the right way for salt? Because if its one thing i never check is sodium and i probably east 1000mg of sodium tops a day?

That's a super low amount of sodium. Go on YouTube, search RHINO'S RANTS CREATINE SUCKS.
It's actually a whole video by Stan efferding talking about the importance of sodium in athletes.

I use a huge amount of himalayan pink sea salt every day, and salt tabs in my water. Huge pumps and great vascularity always. I check BP regularly and it's always great.

I think Stan recommends somewhere around 2,000-4,000mg sodium per gallon of water you drink

Correct! Sorry for not specifying that in my original post. Sometimes I just assume if the person doesn't state any medical issues that there are not any.
Yes sodium affects bp in adverse ways so if you have high bp not a good idea to try this.

I always include 1-3tsp of salt in my intra shake.
Good idea. There's a product out there called NUUN. They are electrolyte tabs you add to water, with some flavoring. Gives you sodium magnesium potassium and calcium I believe
