Also go to the gym and start lifting things. Even resistance bands will do. You don’t need to be shredded but you DO need to challenge your muscles to keep them, and you need resistance to maintain bone density. SOME of the weight loss you accomplished is muscle, time to get it back. And ALL of the weight you lost was resistance that contributed to bone density.
Also depending on your age, losing fat may mean you will lose your body’s ability to store estrogen in fatty tissue. If you’re perimenopausal and lost a lot of weight, be prepared for and on the lookout for things like more frequent UTI, leaky bladder, loss of tissue tone or sexual function, the disappearance of your clitoris, etc. that might indicate acceleration toward menopause and then decide if you want to go the HRT route or another route (acceptance is the other route LOL).
