Running HGH using Triz

I just bought some hgh to run as I’ve lost 120 pounds and need a glow up. Was thinking of starting 1iu 5 days on and 2 days off. Then dosing Triz once a week maybe 6mg to keep my hunger in order. Just looking for a bit of advice. Would love anti aging and beauty aspects. I do Pilates so fitness would be nice too. I also have mid back pain. Nothing has helped it go away. Thanks for the advice

Get igf1 labs first as a baseline. 1-2.5iu dose is common for women but you'd need to get labs once you start at 1 or 1.5iu and see where it puts your igf-1. Then you just adjust from there.

I’m in pretty much the same situation, just a bit earlier in the journey. I’ve lost 150 lbs with Tirz, and I’m taking 2 IU of HGH a day as an anti-aging protocol and to help stimulate abdominal fat loss.

I was told, though, that the 5 days on/2 days off protocol is pretty outdated, and that nowadays days off aren’t really recommended anymore. Your body will start producing endogenous HGH again as soon as you stop the treatment—there’s no risk that it won’t, even if you take it every day.

Hope my experience can be helpful to you!

Also go to the gym and start lifting things. Even resistance bands will do. You don’t need to be shredded but you DO need to challenge your muscles to keep them, and you need resistance to maintain bone density. SOME of the weight loss you accomplished is muscle, time to get it back. And ALL of the weight you lost was resistance that contributed to bone density.

Also depending on your age, losing fat may mean you will lose your body’s ability to store estrogen in fatty tissue. If you’re perimenopausal and lost a lot of weight, be prepared for and on the lookout for things like more frequent UTI, leaky bladder, loss of tissue tone or sexual function, the disappearance of your clitoris, etc. that might indicate acceleration toward menopause and then decide if you want to go the HRT route or another route (acceptance is the other route LOL).

Congrats on the weight loss!

GH is a subtle help, don’t expect any miracles overnight, but it can for sure be a nice addition.

Did you end up starting this? 1IU is not going to do anything for most women, it's probably lower than a replacement dose. Target starting at 0.01mg/kg and get up to at least 0.02-0.025mg/kg for for full benefits.
