Ruckin's low-dose GET LEAN holiday blast

Saturday 11/23
Training:
Sprints for conditioning work, followed by an hour of BJJ

Diet:
Breakfast: 3 eggs, 2 bananas
Lunch: 2 slices of pizza and 1 beer (was helping a friend move and he bought us lunch as a thank you)
Dinner: 10 eggs, broccoli, brussel sprouts, and for dessert a couple bananas and some blueberries
*Also snacked on baby carrots throughout the day

I’m in. It will be nice to follow a real humans log, (not some 240lbs stage ready logs). And just a suggestion maybe try some other snacks, like low-fat cheese sticks or Greek yogurt. I think your getting a lil nutty with the nuts;)

I'm already about as lean as I've ever been in my life, but I'm excited to reach that next level of being lean by anyone's standards, not just lean compared to the average fat ass American. Let's get after it!
Sounds like you know what you are doing. Have you done PCT before with nolva?

Sunday 11/24
Training: medium day
deadlift 295x10x3
Press 135x10x3
ATG Squat 275x10x1
Dead hang chins 243x5x3 (taking it easy; pain in forearm)
Dumbbell incline 75sx10x1
Plate Shrugs 45sx30x3
paused decline sit ups +25x12,3 rest-pause set
Rear delt flies 40sx10,3 rest-pause set

Diet:
Breakfast: 3 eggs
Lunch: went out to a local diner and had this eggs/veggies/potatoes scramble thing with a biscuit. Kinda wish I had resisted the biscuit, but that was my only screw up for the day and it's the weekend, so I forgive myself lol
Dinner: 10 eggs, brussel sprouts, broccoli

I just realized as I typed this that every meal today was eggs lol

Thanks bro glad to have you here. I think the whole nuts thing has actually become a real problem lol. I've been binging on them like I used to with donuts and ice cream. Definitely better than sugary desserts like that but I think it's still a problem when I'm casually eating 3-5000 cals of nuts in one sitting.

Never done PCT actually. Been cruising between blasts since I first touched gear.

Yeah, I can tell! You have some pre-pubertal gyno but it will improve once you do a PCT of Nolva or more maybe it will take a couple runs.
Hm you think so? I guess I'm just used to the way my chest looks and never thought anything of it. I was fat as shit as a kid/teen so I shouldn't be surprised if that's the case. I do have some nolva that I've never used sitting around. You think I should do a run and see if it makes a difference?

Yeah I know so :p I didn't ask that question about PCT/nolva "randomly" :)

I wouldn't do the nolva run during the cycle as it decreases IGF-1 and that would hurt your cycle. No rush, relax, it will get taken care of :p

Ok good to know. I appreciate you pointing it out. So just run the nolva during my cruise then? I'm not in any rush to get rid of the gyno I didn't even know I had lol, so I'm happy to wait for whenever is the best time to do it.

Yes, 20 mg/day for a couple weeks. Do you ever use an AI or what are your e2 numbers at during labs?

Nuts can be difficult, especially if you're a grazer. I have the big costco almonds and I'll just walk by and grab handfuls without thinking sometimes. I have to put them somewhere where it's a task to graze.

As I ready this I’m imaging sand paper scrapping through my intestines, but i hear ya I’m a sucker for Brown butter cookies from Whole Foods and 6-8 glasses of milks few nights a week.

Never used an AI since I've never noticed any sides during my blasts. And I've only had labs done during cruises when E2 was normal.

Yeah man it's been tough to resist them. My solution unfortunately is just to not keep them in the house at all now.

I will say though, it's been weeks if not months now since I've craved sugar, which for me is just absolutely crazy. So if I can just keep healthy (although very calorie dense) nuts as my weakness for the rest of my life instead of sugar, I'll be pretty happy about that.

Training today:
1 hour of BJJ and a 4 mile jog (time 33:50)

Diet
Breakfast: 3 eggs
Lunch: 4 eggs and some baby carrots
Dinner: 8 eggs, green beans, & some blueberries for dessert

Overall solid day. I think I need to start diversifying my protein sources a bit lol but holy moley do I love eggs. In case that's not painfully obvious already.

If I can just have every day be like my training and eating was today, I'll be at my goal in no time flat. Just meed to hammer in the consistency.

Training today:
Quick, light workout
Dumbbell press 50sx15x2
Pull ups bodyweight x5x2

Also did a light ~3 mile jog

Diet:
Breakfast: 2 eggs
Lunch: stopped at a buffet and just went to town on some baked/smoked meats and as many veggies as I could stuff down. Must have been 2 weeks worth of veggies I ate in this one meal lol. It was amazing.
Dinner: couple handfuls of pecans and 1 slice of pizza (still full from lunch)

Solid day I'd say. I might not have been in a huge calorie deficit today, but good god, eating all those veggies feels amazing. I still can't believe how much I've come to enjoy veggies over the last few months. Feelsgoodman

I've replaced my two daily protein shakes with two servings of nuts and four servings of mozzarella cheese for each shake as part of my lower carb approach.
Are you liking it? My new/current approach is low carb too, except for some fruit (and the occasional slice of pizza apparently) and I'm actually loving it. Which is crazy for me, since I've always been the guy who eats as many carbs as humanly possible.

It's working really well. Not sure which parts specifically, but whatever I'm doing as a whole is working well. Timing carbs around training, intermittent fasting, fasted cardio after pinning HGH, and calorie cycling. It's just hurting me in the gym because my recovery seems affected, lots of little aches and pains lately.

That's interesting. I've been getting some knicks and dings here and there the last couple weeks myself. Planning on taking a deload again next week to help fix it, even though I just did one a month ago.
