I don’t need you to rectify the missing item from last year summer. I gave you the order number, you should be able to figure out what you didn’t ship out and told me what currently in stock right?

I did send them an email as well. Never got a response.

I’m fine now, I ordered with another source and communication was smooth. I wanted to stay with roidteam because I had good experience with them last year and the year before. But it appears that it’s gone downhill since then. No hard feelings, but if they’re going to advertise here, they should provide the service they claim to provide.

We also have email – meso@rt-support.com. This situation goes beyond the norm and is an exception to the rules. Yes, sometimes responses may take longer than usual, but we reply to all incoming messages, so we want to understand the situation asap.
