Why Is Primobolan So Expensive? A Detailed Breakdown​

This question comes up often on forums: why does Primobolan cost more than most injectable AAS? The likely reason is that it's one of the safest and most versatile compounds that pairs well with a testosterone base. But dosage plays a key role — and the range is broad: from 25 mg per day to 1200 mg per week.

Medical Use (According to Bayer Documentation):​

— For sarcopenia: 200 mg intramuscularly as an initial dose, followed by 100 mg IM weekly (for 2–4 weeks)
— For women with low body weight: 200 mg initial dose, followed by 50 mg every 2–3 weeks (equivalent to 17–25 mg per week)
— For oncological conditions in women: 100–200 mg every 1–3 weeks
— For adolescents: 50 mg every 2 weeks with a 4–6 week treatment break

Primobolan in TRT+ Protocols​

A combination of 150 mg testosterone and 100 mg Primobolan per week is considered a balanced approach. However, for bodybuilding purposes, especially in competitive contexts, weekly doses starting at 200 mg or more may be more appropriate.

Unique Properties of Metenolone​

Metenolone stimulates red and white blood cell production, exhibits immunomodulatory and anti-inflammatory properties (in vitro), strengthens bone mineral density, enhances muscle fiber structure, and may reduce serum estradiol levels by inhibiting aromatase activity.

Metenolone and Female Use​

The recommended dose for women is 0 mg per week. Reasons include a high risk of virilization and estradiol suppression. Even 50 mg per week can result in side effects such as hepatotoxicity. Oxandrolone is generally considered a safer alternative for female users.

Safety Considerations​

There is no conclusive clinical data on Primobolan's impact on kidney, cardiovascular, or central nervous system health. A dose of up to 100 mg per week is considered moderately safe. Higher doses (400–1200 mg/week) require proper ancillary support. With regular bloodwork monitoring, even 1000 mg per week may be tolerable for some users, but individual response must always be considered.

Summary​

For men, a stable and well-tolerated dosage falls within 250–350 mg per week. A higher threshold — up to 1200 mg per week — can be maintained for up to 26 weeks if lab markers remain within acceptable ranges. For women, even 35 mg per week can result in significant virilization, and no truly safe dose has been established. If a coach claims that 25 mg per day is safe for women, that may not reflect clinical reality. In such cases, oxandrolone should be considered instead.

That's interesting, i will think about it. Is it offer only concerning primo ? Because I would be ok to test your testosterone with a bloodwork and i'm not planning to put primo in my actual cycle
