Pull ups BW 2x25
Slingshot bench 275x1 315x1 335x1 365 2x1 315 3x3
Bench press 225 2x12 135x20
Cable low to high 4x12
Push ups 50,30,20
Pull ups 5x10
Did a significant more mobility then usual and lots of stretching and rehab on my knee. The doctors intial thought is that I've hyperextended the ligaments and that's why it's so sloppy although she said that it could be a slight tear but won't be sure until MRI screening results are back in a few days.

Get some acupuncture done. It helps. And after the mRI if there is indeed a tear go get some PRP therapy done. It helped my tear heal significantly faster imo. Good luck man. Always hate hearing about brother getting hurt

Man pull ups EOD is making them so easy, I'm up to 800 so far this year aiming for 10,000 in 2017. I'll add in weighted pull-ups once I've done 2000 body weight ones and see where I'm at

I used to do them all the time like that. I'm just at once a week right now. I think i could do 2x20 if i tried. How's it doing for back and lat hypertrophy?

I'm digging it, honestly 100 every other day isn't that strenuous for me so I'm not having any soreness but it's slowly building it's only been 2.5 weeks and I'm already seeing some taper forming. That was my biggest issue I have zero taper and I'll need that if I wanna do a bodybuilding program

I've done crazy volume and frequency of chin ups and pull ups in the past. I think it's no problem for recovery honestly what you're doing.

I was blessed with a pretty good taper. It'll come in handy if I ever decided to do BB.

i think my personal best on pull ups was like 26-28 at 220lbs, no way i could do that for multiple sets. it was at an Army pull up challenge thing at a fair. got a water bottle and shirt out of it.

i used to do one day of weighted pull ups and one day of bodyweight per week. havent done a whole lot of vertical pulling in any fashion lately so im sure my numbers are low

Just started doing pull ups again in the New Year. I sucked, at my weight now I can barely do 10 straight at BW
That's alright all it takes is 4 weeks for your body to adapt I bet you if you did pull ups 3x a week 100 pull ups a day even if it takes 20 sets to get done that you'll be able to crank out a strict 20 reps within a couple months

Im doing them 2Xs a week now. Changing some things up this new year though. Small cut (I know I said Id never do it), and a lot more volume on accessories. So hopefully that volume will happen with the pullups as my weight drops.

Jay jay jay jay! What is this silly thing you plan to accomplish? By small cut you mean you're eating smaller cuts of meat but with more volume of it?

Hey man really appreciate it, glad to see you kicking around these parts. The knee has turned out to be hyperextended it's going to be sloppy for a little bit but honestly even a few days after I'm starting to walk better and there's no pain beyond my normal everyday aches in my body so it's melding in, the biggest issue is the instability and that I'm being cautious even just taking a step to get around a dumbbell has me worried it would collapse. I'm good with rehab though and im going to crush the expected heal times I'm sure probably will be squatting in a couple weeks with wraps on or tapped up.

Pull ups 5x20
Deadlift 135 10x10
Push ups 75,25
Dips 2x20

All she wrote. I could do the deadlifts pain free but didn't want to test it cause I'm still all taped up and having trouble walking so ain't ready to push any lower body things. Was an in and out workout took about 30 mins all said and done including a 5 min stretch
