I added hgh to my cycle for the first time and I'm wondering how do you control BG on 10ius of hgh? I'm on 8ius, with a comprehensive gda, 2g metformin IR (instant release) and 2g metformin XR (extended release) and still suffering from IR, of course it got worse duet me using tren but ur objectively on a higher dose so I was wondering how to control BG and water retention?Feeling good.
Drugs have been slightly upped
100test e2d
100mast e2d
50 tren e2d
80mcg clen
10iu gh
Feeling phenomenal and not like I thought I would. Zero bad sides from tren and everything.
My cpap will be in today and I’ll set it up and get my first sleep on it tonight. Can’t wait to finally have some good rest. In my head if I look like I do without one I can’t wait to see what I look like without waking up 5-6x a night with headaches or gasping for air.
Check is Monday morning. And currently still in my prep phase. Coach wants glutes in basicallly before we push back up. Last week fat burners got upped and 3 extra cardio sessions were added all postworkout.
These are pics from previous checkin.
Water retention is simply a diet and caloric intake issue usually. Huge positive correlation to increased carbohydrate intake and water retention or side from gh.I added hgh to my cycle for the first time and I'm wondering how do you control BG on 10ius of hgh? I never tried taking it with my meal. I use long acting insulin (lantus) to help with my BG, so when taking hgh I take it in the morning fasted and train, so insulin spike from food doesn’t blunt it (wouldn’t be an issue if I used fast acting insulin). I guess I should dabble with fast acting insulin but the issue there is precise nutrient and meal timing which I got to figure out. Lantus was working for me but I did research on it and it seems the background insulin it provides basically blunts any fat lipolysis the HGH provides to the fact background insulin is present. Thanks for the response tho, always great to see how someone with more experience plans his routine, greatly appreciate it. Also considering from a pure fat loss perspective if it’s worth going higher on the HGH dose (8-10ius) vs 4ius of hgh which is more low maintenance and less need of intervention with insulin.Water retention is simply a diet and caloric intake issue usually. Couple things here.
I take all my gh with my pre meal only. And I take 7iu novo rapid with that meal also. By the time I wake up the gh has less effects on fasted bg levels then if I split the dose.
I also haven’t had a offplan meal in 4-5 months. If I want a free meal I eat more chicken and rice. Also depends on the gh your using and how pure it is as well.
Final note. I don’t take 10iu everyday when in a caloric surplus like I am now, that makes no sense and is a great way to destroy bg fast. I take 10 on training days and 5iu fasted on rest days. Once I’m in prep I’ll switch to 10 everyday. Dosage timing is simply correlated to the goal at hand. Pulse it during prep multiple times a day for fat burning, bolus it in offseason for max igf conversion
Yea man if you need any help I’m down to help. I coach as well. I’d drop the lantus. Quick way to get insulin resistant fast brother.I never tried taking it with my meal. around 13% bf, wrapping up my blast in 4 weeks then doing taking a 12 week break, and going to cut down a bit further, also dropping to 4ius HGH after it's done.Yea man if you need any help I’m down to help. I coach as well. I’d drop the lantus. Quick way to get insulin resistant fast brother.
What’s your body fat?
Agree. Throw the lantus out and use a quick acting one. Should defo monitor hba1c, homa and c-peptide with that, if not even pro insulin levels.Yea man if you need any help I’m down to help. I coach as well. I’d drop the lantus. Quick way to get insulin resistant fast brother.
