Ok im all about the 5 meals a day plan. 1/2 cup of oatmeal in the morning, then 4 more meals of chicken, veggies, and rice. Im having a hard time determining what is a good amount of rice for me to eat per meal. I was thinking maybe 1 cup?? but im guessing. I am 6'3 215 right now. I am presently bulking, but plan on dieting down. Any hints would help!
