Retatrutide increased fasted BG?

I am currently on week 3 of my push phase. Coming out of a 3 week insanely aggressive cut. (Cruised for 4 weeks).

Used retatrutide to cut. Got diced. Still on Retatrutide on my push phase to maintain insulin sensitivity.

Reta dose is 2mg weekly

My fasted BG is consistently in the mid 90s. 94 most mornings. Why is it so high? After my last cut and during my last push phase my fasted BG was in the 60s and never surpassed 80s even on 12iu GH.

Currently I am only running 6iu GH for the past 2.5 weeks. 4iu daily was what I ran for 4 weeks for my cruise.

I have also developed allodynia. My skin is painful to the touch and even taking a shirt off hurts like hell. Any remedies to this?

Fasted BG was 100 today. Calories just got to 4k. Body composition is great. Starting pre workout R type insulin tomorrow. Does fasted BG truly matter if I know I am insulin sensitive?
Are you using GH? Having high BG all the time probably isn’t ideal, but I don’t think it’s the end of the world. I should probably measure mine tomorrow. I’m on about 5000 kcal, hovering around 120kg.

Do you care more about glucose control or insulin sensitivity? Tirz is better at the former. Reta is better at the latter.
Agree with this, reta will not have you with the lowest BG but you will have one of the best average BG not too high not too low. Peak always very reasonable and back to baseline very quick.

Plus on reta I'm able to eat if I want, something I can't do on tirz.
5mg tirz made me forget to eat for almost a whole day.

10/12mg reta and I'm eating no problem but I feel satiated pretty easily so I don't binge eat.

Reta doesn't give me any constipation either, something tirz gave me, I was shitting rocks on tirz very annoying.

Personally reta for me is superior then tirz for my goals.

Thats amazing, I only made it through 3 weeks of low dose tirz because of the constipation and complete inability to eat. I gave up on it all entirely, I don't exactly NEED it to cut but it does make things easier. Work smarter not harder mentality. Maybe ill give reta a shot
