ah i completely missed that. shame too bc that was perfect now that im rereading it. i feel sad that i messed it up!!

and idk that ive ever met a serious cyclist who wasnt in insane cardiovascular shape. maybe i should start...

did you have to do the thing where you set an alarm to wake up and do jumping jacks to prevent your heart from beating too slowly?

im not on epo yet but i think its more of a legend than the truth, also external load get my rhr much higher and 36 happened only when i had to take 2 rest weeks (not completely rest but i was going for zone 1 rides) so was everyday under 40 and also hrv was super high, not that i care too much about these things because there are too many external factors that could change in my case

ive got the same issue, rly high RHR after implementing GH and T4 combined, the GH increases the T4 to T3 conversion so thats why, you need to pull your labs after running it for a while and adjust your thyroid meds as needed. If that doesnt fix it and your lifestyle factors are on point already (70mins/week cardio, low bf, etc) then you might want to look into Nebivolol starting with 2.5mg
