RedCon1 founder Aaron Singerman enters plea agreement in Blackstone Labs case

The "Factual Proffer in Support of Guilty Plea" documents are worth a read. The defendants admitted to a lot so that prosecutors would drop 12 charges. They only pleaded guilty to two felony charges: "introduction of unapproved new drugs into interstate commerce" and "conspiracy to manufacture and distribute a controlled substance".

Looks like Singerman is dropping a bunch of names as part of the agreement.
From Aaron Singerman's plea agreement:

"8. The defendant agrees that he shall cooperate fully with the government by: (a) providing truthful and complete information and testimony, and producing documents, records and other evidence, when called upon by the government, whether in interviews, before a grand jury, or at any trial or other Court proceeding; (b) appearing at such grand jury proceedings, hearings, trials, and other judicial proceedings, and at meetings, as may be required by the government; and (c) if requested by the government, working in an undercover role under the supervision of, and in compliance with, law enforcement officers and agents. In addition, the defendant agrees that he will not protect any person or entity through false information or omission, that he will not falsely implicate any person or entity, and that he that he will not commit any further crimes.

"9. The government reserves the right to evaluate the nature and extent of the defendant's cooperation and to make that cooperation, or lack thereof, known to the Court at the time of sentencing. If in the sole and unreviewable judgment of the government the defendant's cooperation is of such quality and significance to the investigation or prosecution of other criminal matters as to warrant the Court's downward departure from the advisory sentencing range calculated under the Sentencing Guidelines and/or any applicable minimum mandatory sentence, the government may make a motion prior to sentencing pursuant to Section 5K1.1 of the Sentencing Guidelines and/or Title 18, United States Code, Section 3553(e), or subsequent to sentencing pursuant to Rule 35 of the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure, informing the Court that the defendant has provided substantial assistance and recommending that the defendant's sentence be reduced. The defendant understands and agrees, however, that nothing in this agreement requires the government to file any such motions, and that the government's assessment of the quality and significance of the defendant's cooperation shall be binding as it relates to the appropriateness of the government's filing or non-filing of a motion to reduce sentence."

I don’t care what ppl say about Lee Priest, that guy is fucking hilarious to listen to!
Lee Priest is always entertainment. Romano provides good info and insight about the case.

Palumbo tries too hard. When Palumbo proclaimed he had an "inside source" who provided him with copies of the plea agreements, it made me laugh. Anyone can go to PACER or RECAP for copies. I guess that's his inside source lol.

I paid PACER for the plea agreements above and attached them here free for you guys on Saturday. And I automatically uploaded them to RECAP so that no one else had to pay for them. You're welcome, Dave!

I called this one attorney today... then googled him. Found out he was busted for transporting 10 bricks of Heroin. He had his law license suspended for 2 months, the state bar wrote in the hearing... Other people have been sentenced to life for only have a little heroin on them.

Kinda cool, attorney gets off with 2 months suspension. He could have faced 20 years!

Just couldn't keep his nose clean...no pun intended. And don't forget the car accident. Dude just doesn't get it. Maybe prison will help with that. He's a rat to boot.

Saddest part is those guys were both probably those younger guys who picked up a barbell one day and decided to improve themselves. Fast forward and you are going to prison over something that began as a hobby to get healthy and strong. You are drinking your ass off and going in a downward spiral because you know your decisions have fucked you up and you don’t know any other way to cope with it. Sometimes life pumps the brakes when we drift too far off the paved road
